Hizb ut Tahrir

The book addresses the governing and administrative bodies in the Caliphate state in a clear and simplified manner, focusing on the systems of governance in Islam compared to current systems. It aims to clarify the structure of the governing bodies in the Caliphate state, including the state's flag and banner, and reference other matters that will be detailed later in an appendix.

مقدمة / Introduction

We, in Hizb ut-Tahrir, believe in God's promise, and affirm the glad tidings of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, and we work with and through the Islamic Ummah to re-establish the Caliphate anew. We are confident in achieving this, asking God Almighty to honor us with the establishment of the Caliphate, and that we be its soldiers, raising its banner for good and upon goodness, and moving with it from victory to victory, and that is not difficult for God. In this book, we wanted to include the governing and administrative bodies in the Caliphate state in a clear, easy-to-understand, and practically applicable manner, and before that, to be correct in deduction and reasoning, reassuring to the hearts and enlightening to the minds.
