Political Thoughts
Hizb ut Tahrir
Politics is the care of the nation's affairs, both internally and externally, and it is carried out by the state and the nation. The state is the one that directly undertakes this care, and the nation is the one that holds the state accountable.
Since the Caliphate was destroyed and systems of disbelief were implemented in Islamic countries, Islam ceased to be political, and was replaced by Western political thought emanating from the capitalist creed, the creed of separating religion from life. The Islamic nation must realize that caring for its affairs through Islam can only be achieved through the Caliphate state, and that separating political Islam from life and religion is a burial of Islam, its systems, and its rulings, and a crushing of the nation, its values, its civilization, and its message.
مقدمة / Introduction
Politics is the care of the nation's affairs, both internally and externally, carried out by the state and the nation. The state directly manages this care, and the nation holds the state accountable. Since the destruction of the Caliphate and the implementation of systems of disbelief in Islamic lands, Islam has been removed from the political sphere, replaced by Western political thought stemming from the capitalist ideology of separating religion from life. The Islamic nation must realize that its affairs can only be managed through Islam by establishing a Caliphate. Separating political Islam from life and religion amounts to burying Islam, its systems, and rulings, and crushing the nation, its values, civilization, and mission. Capitalist countries adopt the doctrine of separating religion from life and politics, striving to spread and implement its rulings on the Islamic nation. They mislead the nation by portraying politics and religion as incompatible, suggesting that politics means realism and accepting the status quo as unchangeable, keeping the nation subjugated under the yoke of infidel nations, nations of oppression and tyranny, thus preventing the nation from finding a path to renaissance. They also discourage Muslims from political Islamic movements and involvement in politics because infidel nations know their political ideas and rulings can only be challenged through political action based on Islam. This discouragement even extends to portraying politics as contradictory to the sublimity and spirituality of Islam. Therefore, the nation must understand the secret behind the war waged by infidel states and puppet rulers against Islamic movements working to revive Muslims by establishing the Caliphate and challenging the ideas of disbelief, restoring the glory of Islam. Therefore, the Islamic nation must understand the meaning of politics linguistically and religiously, and that political Islam exists only with the Caliphate state, without which Islam's political dimension vanishes, and it is only considered alive through this state, as a political and executive entity for implementing and executing Islamic rulings. This is the legitimate way to implement Islamic rulings and systems in public life, which God has obligated the nation to apply, and has forbidden resorting to systems of disbelief, because they contradict Islam and are created by humans. Therefore, the nation must be educated in Islamic culture, continuously nourished with political ideas and rulings, and shown that these ideas and rulings emanate from the Islamic creed as a political idea, emphasizing the spiritual aspect within them, considering them commands and prohibitions from God, and nothing else. This description ensures that Islamic ideas and rulings take root in people's hearts, reveals to the nation the meaning of politics and political thought, and makes it realize the responsibility on its shoulders to implement Islam's ideas and rulings in practical life, and the importance of the global message that God has obligated it to carry to all people, especially as it sees how far its situation has deteriorated in this era due to the absence of the Islamic state and Islamic ideas and rulings from its life, and how much evil, misery, and enslavement of people the world has reached. This political education, whether it is education in Islamic ideas and rulings, or following political events, creates political awareness and makes the nation fulfill its basic mission and original function, which is to carry the Islamic call to other peoples and nations.Table of Contents

خاتمة / Conclusion
The reality of Muslims today is evident to every Muslim, requiring no explanation or clarification. Their lands are ruled by systems of disbelief, making them definitively lands of disbelief. They are divided into more than forty entities, including states, emirates, sultanates, and sheikhdoms, making them too weak to stand against the disbelievers. Therefore, the issue of every Muslim country is to transform it into a land of Islam and unite it with other Islamic lands. This issue is a fateful one, indeed, it is the culmination of all fateful issues. Therefore, the action taken towards it must be a matter of life or death. However, this fateful issue, transforming the countries into lands of Islam and uniting them with other Islamic lands, is a goal to be achieved. The method taken to achieve this goal is the establishment of the Caliphate as a system of governance, so that by establishing it, the countries will be transformed into lands of Islam, and thus be united with other Islamic lands. However, it should be clear that what Muslims are facing now is not the appointment of a Caliph, so that it can be said that it is a collective obligation on Muslims, as narrated by Ibn Umar from the Prophet, peace be upon him, "Whoever dies without an Imam of the community over him, then his death is a death of ignorance," so it is not a fateful issue. Rather, what Muslims are facing now is the establishment of the Caliphate, that is, the creation of the Caliphate system as a system of governance, and its reality is different from the reality of appointing a Caliph, even if its establishment necessitates the appointment of a Caliph. Establishing the Caliphate is definitely a fateful issue, because it is more than just a way to transform our countries from lands of disbelief to lands of Islam, because its establishment is to demolish systems of disbelief, that is, to remove blatant disbelief, and it is a fateful issue, according to the Prophet's saying, peace be upon him: "Unless you see blatant disbelief," and as stated in the hadith, "It was said, O Messenger of God, should we not fight them with the sword? He said: No, as long as they establish prayer among you." Hence, the method to achieve the issue of Muslims is a fateful issue because it is a method for a fateful issue, and because the legal evidence from the Sunnah indicates that it is a fateful issue, so the action taken towards it must be a matter of life or death. However, since the rule of disbelief has settled upon the Muslims, and the affairs have gone to the disbelievers, hypocrites, and apostates, they have not ceased to try to free themselves from the yoke of the authority of disbelief, and the control of its masters and aides. However, they have missed that this issue that they are fighting for is a fateful issue that has no action except the action of death and life. The loss of this awareness by the Muslim community is what has deprived them - as a community or a nation - of the willingness to endure harm, imprisonment, and torture, let alone enduring poverty, destruction, and death, which are inseparable from the battles of struggle that revolve around fateful issues. Therefore, these attempts have doomed themselves to certain failure, and have not been able to advance a single step towards the issue they are fighting for. Muslims did not need excessive thinking and contemplation to realize that their issue is a fateful issue. It has been clear from the first moment, as it is clear today to everyone with eyes, that it is impossible for the disbelievers, by custom and reason, to allow Islam to return to political life - that is, to governance - as long as they have an atom of ability to suppress those who are working for this. The situation of the apostates and hypocrites in this issue is no less oppressive and criminal. They will throw all the force they can reach into the battlefield to stand as a war against the believers who want to seize governance from them in order to establish God's laws and protect God's sanctities.
