Bush Begins His Second Crusade Against Muslim Kashmiri Groups (2002)
Hizb ut Tahrir
The book deals with the second crusade launched by US President Bush against Kashmiri Muslim groups in 2002, revealing the collusion of the American agent Musharraf in this, and highlighting the extensive Indian movements and threats of all-out war, as well as the American and British intervention in the crisis.
مقدمة / Introduction
It was expected that the second crusade by US President Bush against Muslims would be in Iraq or Somalia after he had finished or was about to finish his campaign against Muslims in Afghanistan, especially since he affirmed on many occasions that his war on what he called terrorism would "continue and may last for several years and will take multiple forms, including military, financial, political, diplomatic, intelligence and other forms." However, the fierce campaign launched by the American agent Musharraf in his speech on Saturday, January 12, 2002, against the Kashmiri Muslim groups, and the subsequent pursuit of their followers; the extensive Indian movements after the attack on the Indian Parliament on December 13, 2001, accompanied by fiery statements by Indian officials against these groups, the imposition of general mobilization, the deployment of the Indian army on the Pakistani border, and the threat of all-out war; in addition to the internationalization of the crisis with American and British intervention; all of this indicates that President Bush's second crusade against Muslims has begun by seeking to eliminate the Kashmiri Muslim groups in collusion with the traitor Musharraf, after the first campaign against Muslims in Afghanistan was about to end or had almost ended.خاتمة / Conclusion
The liberation of Kashmir, the liberation of India from the rule of Hindu infidels, the liberation of Palestine from the rule of Jewish infidels, and the liberation of all parts of the Islamic world from the rule of infidels will not be achieved by organizations, movements, and groups, even if they are well-armed, because this is the responsibility of states after sufficient preparation; and relying on movements to liberate countries is an empowerment of the infidel over it and a cover-up for the ruler's betrayal, shortcomings, and bankruptcy, for which he must be held strictly accountable. While it is obligatory to repel the aggressor inside the occupied territories according to the rulings of defensive jihad, those outside it must mobilize armies to liberate these countries, not to rely on the limited-results resistance inside; and this does not relieve every capable person of the obligation to engage in action to establish the rule of Islam, that is, the establishment of the Rightly Guided Caliphate, for whose establishment every Muslim yearns.
