مقدمة / Introduction
With the demolition of the Caliphate on 28 Rajab 1342 AH, corresponding to March 24, 1924 CE, the disbelieving West forced Muslims to replace the state of care, i.e., the Islamic Caliphate, with failed national states guarding the interests of the disbelieving West, tax-collecting states, states of ruling parties that pushed people to coalesce into regional, ethnic, or tribal gatherings far from Islam in order to obtain their rights or seek redress for injustice. They replaced the bonds of ignorance with the bond of Islam, even though God Almighty says: "He named you Muslims before and in this [Scripture] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people." They replaced the outdated customs and traditions, for which God has sent down no authority, with the rule of God, the Kind, the All-Aware. This includes owning land as hawakir, instead of the Sharia ruling, and the false settlements of tribal disputes based on the law of the jungle, in which the strong imposes his desires and whims on the weak. The result was that people returned to striking each other's necks. Muslim narrated from Abdullah bin Umar that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said in the Farewell Pilgrimage: "Woe to you! Do not revert after me as disbelievers, striking the necks of one another." This is our situation in Sudan in general, and it is our situation in the Kordofan and Darfur regions in particular. In response to the command of God, may His Majesty be glorified, and the command of His Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and feeling the legal responsibility, Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, the leader who does not lie to his people, held a workshop on the issues of the Darfur and Kordofan regions on Saturday, 23 Jumada al-Awwal 1436 AH, corresponding to March 14, 2015 CE, at the Friendship Hall in Khartoum, amidst a qualitative presence represented by political forces, tribal leaders from the two regions, thinkers and journalists. Over five full hours, four papers were presented that diagnosed the reality of the crisis in the two regions and presented a vision based on the doctrine of the Great Islam, followed by the final statement, tens of thousands of which were distributed in markets, transportation stops, mosques, universities, and media outlets.Table of Contents

خاتمة / Conclusion
Bearing arms against the state is the fruit of injustice, and it is resolved naturally by implementing the just systems of Islam, extending the state's prestige and authority, and drying up the hotbeds of conspiracy from embassies and international organizations coveting our country. The principle of the Great Islam, when applied in its state, the Caliphate, is the only thing that melts the different warring and hateful tribes, ethnicities, and races into one homogeneous, harmonious, and loving nation, which is the Islamic nation, as it melted them before. God Almighty said: "And He brought their hearts together. Had you spent all that is in the earth, you could not have brought their hearts together; but Allah brought them together. Indeed, He is Exalted in Might and Wise."
