مقدمة / Introduction
The revolutions in the Arab countries – later known as the Arab Spring – broke out in a way that surprised the West (as stated in Hizb ut-Tahrir's answer to a question on June 29, 2013), starting from Tunisia, then Egypt, then Yemen, then Libya... The party quickly realized the reality of these revolutions and presented its vision in an answer to a question on March 11, 2011, just about three months after the start of the first revolution in Tunisia on December 18, 2010. This early understanding enabled the party to deal with these revolutions in a principled manner, adhering to its understanding of the process of change, steadfast in its pursuit of its idea and method, proving admirably that it is a political party par excellence, embracing the interests of the nation to lead it to taking care of its affairs in an Islamic state, a rightly guided Caliphate on the method of Prophethood... so that the facts proved the truth of what the party was suggesting at every stage... In this topic, I will try to address the party's path in the Arab revolutions in general, and the Syrian revolution in particular, under three points or broad lines: 1- An introduction to the party's understanding of the reality of the revolutions at an early stage, and the party's understanding of the meaning, description, and method of public opinion work. 2- Discipline in understanding the political reality in Syria. 3- Discipline in understanding the reality of the factions and their discourse, and the party's success in classifying the axes of the revolution and the conflict in Syria.خاتمة / Conclusion
What we have mentioned in this booklet shows that what Hizb ut-Tahrir has outlined in the revolutions in general, and in the Syrian revolution in particular, has shaped and continues to shape a program of action based on the existence of a popular incubator for the establishment of the rightly guided Caliphate, to which applies what Mus'ab, may God be pleased with him, said to the Messenger ﷺ: "There is no house left in Medina except that Islam is mentioned in it," where there is no house left in Syria except that the Caliphate is mentioned in it. And it is based on the existence of political leadership from the people of the call, the believers who have prepared themselves for the mission of ruling according to what God has revealed, to be as the Muhajireen were with the Messenger ﷺ in Mecca, and this, God willing, is represented by the leadership of "Hizb ut-Tahrir," and on the existence of military leadership from the supporters of God, the believers from the people of strength and protection, to be like the supporters of the Messenger of God ﷺ who came to him from Medina, so that by this - a popular incubator, political leadership, and people of strength and protection - the criminal Syrian regime is overthrown, and the rightly guided Caliphate state that rules according to what God has revealed is established... and preceding and accompanying this is hastening to sever all existing ties with the enemies of the revolution, by rejecting the political money coming from them, and deciding to reject division, disagreement, and fighting among everyone... If this is the case, then God Almighty is with you. And with this approach and the legitimate method of change, and with this support from God Almighty, the forces of the earth will not prevail, even if they gather against the one who wants change, because these revolutions that have taken place in some Muslim countries are revolutions of a nation in the first place, and then they are the strong expression of its will to change.
