Gender Equality and the Islamic Constitution (2014)
Hizb ut Tahrir
This booklet contains speeches prepared by young women from Hizb ut-Tahrir in Tunisia, delivered at a political seminar held on April 12, 2014.
مقدمة / Introduction
Praise be to Allah, who has no religion but His, no law but His, no judgment but His, and no guidance but His. We send prayers and blessings upon our master, leader, the delight of our eyes, and our guide to Allah, Muhammad, may Allah bless him, his family, and his companions with abundant peace. O Allah, show us the truth as truth and grant us the ability to follow it, and show us falsehood as falsehood and grant us the ability to avoid it. And after that... Since Allah sent Muhammad (peace be upon him) with the message of Islam, this religion has been in conflict with disbelief and falsehood; an intellectual and ideological conflict, and a material conflict with soldiers and weapons, until the disbelieving colonizer demolished the Islamic state - the Caliphate - and the intellectual conflict intensified. Perhaps one of the most prominent issues of the intellectual conflict that the disbelieving colonizer tried to exploit is the issue of women - this issue that has generated much ink; platforms have been dedicated to it, and associations and organizations have been established under the pretext of defending women's rights and striving for absolute equality between men and women. Therefore, it is necessary to be aware of these plans and to strive seriously to expose their malice and goals. In that context, the political seminar presented by young women from Hizb ut-Tahrir in Tunisia, entitled "What Equality Do They Want? What Constitution Do We Want?" on April 12, 2014, reflects the awareness of Muslim women of the reality of what is called women's issues of equality and so on, and also sheds light on the real and fateful issue that women must engage in.Table of Contents

خاتمة / Conclusion
In this regard, we announce the determination of Hizb ut-Tahrir / Tunisia - the Women's Section - to launch an interactive campaign with all official circles, political activities, and the general women of Tunisia to introduce them to their fateful issue, which is active political work to establish the Islamic state, the state of the Quran, the "Caliphate," the good news of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, in his saying: "...Then there will be a Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood." We know that this good country, Tunisia, from which the nation's revolution began, has been for centuries a beacon of the Caliphate in North Africa, and we know that the women of Tunisia are worthy of the honor of working to establish the Caliphate and are worthy of being conscious political leaders carrying a great project whose constitution is written and with which the nation interacts in a way that angers the oppressors and colonizers and heals the hearts of a believing people. O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.
