Political Problems and Crises in Yemen (2010)
Hizb ut Tahrir
The book addresses the political problems and crises in Yemen, their causes, and solutions from the perspective of Hizb ut-Tahrir, which works to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Caliphate.
مقدمة / Introduction
Hizb ut-Tahrir, as a global Islamic party, operates in approximately forty countries, based on the Islamic creed and the Sharia rulings derived from it. It works politically to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Caliphate and appointing a single Caliph, whom the Muslims pledge allegiance to based on the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, to rule according to what God has revealed, unite the Muslims and the existing entities in the Islamic world in the Caliphate, and save them from the systems of disbelief and their ideas, and from the hegemony of America, Britain, France, and other countries of disbelief and colonialism, to eliminate the Jewish entity, and eradicate it from its roots by Jihad, and to carry Islam as a message of guidance and light to the whole world through Da'wah and Jihad. Hizb ut-Tahrir operates in Yemen as an Islamic country, as it operates in other countries of the Islamic world, including the Arab countries, and invites non-Muslims to Islam.Table of Contents

خاتمة / Conclusion
The economic system is an integral part of the political system, and no state can have an economic affair unless it has a principled political existence, possessing the power to preserve wealth, protect it, develop it, and then distribute it fairly among the subjects. This power exists in Islam, and without the Muslims' return to Islam as a creed and way of life, they cannot stand on their own feet, and they cannot have a place in the world, whether politically, economically, or militarily, even though they possess enormous human capabilities and mineral and agricultural wealth that exceeds their needs. Muslims must realize that the system of government in Islam (the Caliphate) is not a monarchy, a republic, a union, a confederation, a federation, a democracy, or a regional system, but rather the great system of Islam. We call upon you, O Muslims in Yemen and elsewhere, to work seriously with Hizb ut-Tahrir to re-establish the Caliphate in the legitimate way so that you may be worthy of the victory that God Almighty has promised you.
