Allah Almighty says: "Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient." (55). And the peace and blessings of God be upon him, who said: "Prophethood will remain among you as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will lift it when He wills to lift it. Then there will be a Caliphate according to the Prophetic method, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then He will lift it when He wills to lift it. Then there will be biting monarchy, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then He will lift it when He wills to lift it. Then there will be oppressive monarchy, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then He will lift it when He wills to lift it. Then there will be a Caliphate according to the Prophetic method." Then he was silent. Reported by Ahmad. When a person recites this noble verse and contemplates the honorable hadith..., then looks at the Ummah's aspiration for the Caliphate, its longing for it, its embracing of those working for it, and the remarkable support for the Caliphate, and also when he looks at the serious, dedicated, and purely for Allah work, by His permission, that Hizb ut-Tahrir is doing despite being persecuted by the oppressors, and what it faces from the oppressors of torture that has led and leads to martyrdom, yet the party continues to move forward without fearing in Allah the blame of any blamer, when a person looks at and contemplates all of this, he is optimistic that relief is near, and that victory is coming, God willing, without a doubt... He is optimistic that the Rightly Guided Caliphate has approached its arrival after a long absence, and that the glory of Muslims has had its doors opened... Hizb ut-Tahrir, on the occasion of the painful eighty-sixth anniversary of the criminals' elimination of the Caliphate, called for conferences, seminars, and public actions, according to the possible circumstances, in all the countries in which the party operates. Despite the war of the rulers in Muslim countries, and their colonialist infidel masters, despite the war of all these against the Caliphate, people flocked to these conferences, heedless of harassment, persecution, and arrests, and the attendance was in the thousands, even exceeding one hundred thousand in some, as in Indonesia, and nearly twenty thousand in others, as in Palestine... What was remarkable was that it was not only Muslims in Muslim countries who were embracing the Caliphate, but also Muslims in Western countries (the Islamic community) were as well...
