The book is a compilation from the global media conference, "Gaza... All of Palestine Appeals to the Armies of Muslims for Aid." It includes speeches by a group of Hizb ut-Tahrir media personnel from the Central Media Office and representatives of the party's media offices in the countries surrounding Palestine: Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon, as well as a representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir's media office in Turkey, in addition to recorded speeches from Hizb ut-Tahrir's media offices in Palestine and Syria.

As part of the global campaign launched by the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in support of Gaza since the beginning of the recent aggression against it, under the title "Respond, O Armies of Muslims, to Support the People of Palestine," and to clarify the legitimate path that must be taken to save Gaza, and indeed all of Palestine, from the oppression of the Jewish entity, the Central Media Office decided to hold this global media conference, under the title: "Gaza... All of Palestine Appeals to the Armies of Muslims for Aid." The conference features a group of Hizb ut-Tahrir media personnel from the Central Media Office and representatives of the party's media offices in the countries surrounding Palestine: Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon, as well as a representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir's media office in Turkey, in addition to recorded speeches from Hizb ut-Tahrir's media offices in Palestine and Syria due to their inability to attend the conference in person as a result of the security situation.

The book concluded with the final statement of the global media conference, which stated: Hizb ut-Tahrir held its media conference under the title "Gaza... All of Palestine Appeals to the Armies of Muslims for Aid." The speeches of the media representatives of Hizb ut-Tahrir from Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey emphasized that the duty towards Palestine is to mobilize the armies to liberate Gaza, and indeed all of Palestine. They then addressed an appeal to the families and relatives of officers and soldiers to urge them to support Gaza, liberate Al-Aqsa, and fulfill their military duty towards their nation, and not to obey the humiliating orders of the rulers. Likewise, the head of the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Lebanon gave a speech in which he shed light on the negotiations and treaties related to Palestine and their conspiracies, and in his speech he addressed the issue of classifying the issue of Palestine as a Palestinian issue, saying that this classification is: "a betrayal of it if it is not treason."
