The conference discusses Hizb ut-Tahrir's stance on current regional and international issues. It addresses various Islamic matters in Muslim countries and global affairs impacting Muslims and others, with the aim of unifying and empowering the Ummah.

مقدمة / Introduction

I oversaw the preparation for this conference, the drafting of its speeches, and the study of its proceedings. Just as we were on the verge of holding it, Allah Almighty willed that I would not open this conference with a spoken or written word "for reasons..." as I used to do... Allah has decreed, and what He wills, He does. Therefore, I am here with this short speech, fulfilling a duty after it could not be performed! This conference is not unique among our conferences, in which we addressed the Ummah in all its spectrum: rulers and the ruled, the elite and the public, thinkers and scholars, and even the sheikhs of the sultans! We boldly present to them what unites them after division, what empowers them after humiliation, and what awakens them after a long slumber.

... And now, O Muslims everywhere... Thus, with the grace and favor of Allah, the global media conference on (Hizb ut-Tahrir's Position on Hot Regional and International Issues) was held. Likewise, with the grace and favor of Allah, the accompanying press conference was successfully held the following day. All of that was by the grace of Allah and blessings from Him. Praise be to Allah as numerous as His creation, pleasing to Himself, as weighty as His Throne, and as extensive as the ink of His words. Praise be to Allah in the first and the last. Praise be to Allah, by whose grace good deeds are completed. O Allah, bless our master and beloved Muhammad, and his family, his companions, and those who follow him and trace his steps sincerely until the Day of Judgment.
