Erdoğan Should Address the Sincere Ummah, Not the Guardians of Sykes-Picot
for the Sake of Islamic Unity and Brotherhood!
(Translated)
News:
In his speech to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Istanbul, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan called for more unity and brotherhood among Islamic countries. Erdoğan also said, "We will not allow the establishment of a new Sykes-Picot system in our region, whose borders are drawn in blood." He reiterated that the solution lies in "diplomacy and dialogue."
Comment:
What kind of unity and brotherhood is Erdoğan calling for? And how does he hope to consolidate this unity?
Erdoğan's emphasis on "a solution through diplomacy and dialogue" is nothing but an expression of his desire to maintain the existing "Sykes-Picot system."
The obstacles to unity and brotherhood in Islam are, in fact, the Sykes-Picot borders drawn in blood, the nation-states established within these borders, and the Western-aligned regimes that protect these states. Islamic unity and brotherhood cannot be built by talking about nationalism, or national borders, or protecting the borders of Turkey, Iran, Palestine, Syria, and others, and not by suppressing the unity of Muslims in faith under national identities. Palestine, and Gaza in particular, is a clear example of this. With its borders drawn under Sykes-Picot, the restrictions of Lausanne, its constitution copied from the West, its internal and external policies dictated by international charters, and being the first Islamic country to recognize the Zionist monster as a legal state in order to please its Western masters, doesn't the Turkish Republic represent the clearest evidence of betrayal of brotherhood?
What has Erdoğan contributed to strengthening Islamic brotherhood since he took office as Prime Minister of Turkey in 2003 and then as President in 2014?
Let's put his betrayals in Egypt and Syria aside for now... Since the famous "One Minute!" and "Jerusalem is our red line," he has betrayed the martyrs of the Mavi Marmara flotilla, and doubled Turkey's trade volume with the Jewish entity many times over. While he was uttering countless heartbreaking words about Gaza, he was meeting all the needs of the "Nazi," as he calls the terrorist Jewish entity, providing it with gasoline, steel, military boots, white goods, and foodstuffs... And while he was passing the problems of Muslims on to the makers of Sykes-Picot, who are shattering the Ummah into pieces...
In fact, Erdoğan, who acts as the CEO of this Sykes-Picot institution - or rather, the "Service Company for Zionism" - has done nothing for the medics of Gaza who were burned alive, its doctors who are tortured in Zionist cells, its mothers who undergo Caesarean sections without anesthesia, its children whose limbs are amputated without anesthesia, and its starving children who are burned alive. This is despite the fact that he has the ninth strongest army in the world and the fourth strongest army in NATO... And despite the fact that he has a son-in-law who produces the latest drones in the world, and advanced warplanes... However, he repeats like a parrot the principles of the advocates of Sykes-Picot - emphasizing that the solution "lies in diplomacy and dialogue" and "the two-state solution"!
In short: Erdoğan's conception of brotherhood is not Islamic brotherhood! His call for Islamic unity is not in the unity shown by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The figures that Erdoğan addresses with his call for unity are the insignificant ones who seek to stifle the word of truth among Muslims, and who stand as obstacles to the Ummah's dignity. If the genocidal Jewish entity, which realizes that shedding the blood of Muslims in Palestine and the blood of the children of Gaza and anyone else is its sole purpose in existence, still exists and is becoming more brutal with increasing boldness, the reason is clear: It is because of Erdoğan, who, just like the Arab rulers, seeks power and dignity in capitalist systems, not in Islam, and who sides with his disbelieving friends instead of being in the ranks of the Ummah.
If Erdoğan wants Islamic unity, there are millions of Muslims who have united for Gaza, waiting for one order to come out of his mouth. If Erdoğan wants Islamic brotherhood, there are millions of Muslims who are in pain for their brothers and sisters, and who long to become soldiers in the army, they will set off at his command.
If Erdoğan were sincere, he would address the sincere Muslims, not the protectors of Sykes-Picot. And if he were, he would suggest unity under the Quran and Sunnah, not capitalist diplomacy as a solution!
