On what do we unite?
News:
Former Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hamad bin Jassim, published a tweet on the X platform in which he said: As I mentioned in a previous tweet, it is clear that there will be consequences resulting from everything that happened in the region recently. These consequences will occur in several directions, including plans to divide some countries, such as sisterly Syria, or impose a situation that makes this region pay exorbitant prices for many years to come. As I said previously, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries will be the first to be harmed as a result of all these consequences, and therefore they must agree among themselves on a single and clear vision regarding these developments and consequences.
Comment:
Hamad bin Jassim and others are aware of the dangers facing the region, whether they are plans for division in the region, the liquidation of the Palestinian issue, or others, but he cannot even think of radical solutions that would turn the tables on those plans and nip them in the bud. How can he do that when his country is an integral part of those plans?!
He adds by saying, "Although I always believe in the necessity of Gulf unity, I also believe that this unity cannot continue under the current circumstances unless the word of law prevails, and not the word of force, to settle any dispute that arises between members of the union and to interpret any article of its founding charter."
He starts from the logic of the Sykes-Picot borders, which divided the Muslim countries into cantons ruled by watchmen for the West, and what disturbs his sleep is the approval of a law whose mission is only to consolidate the division to protect member states from any interference in their internal affairs, according to him, knowing that the Gulf Cooperation Council was originally created by the British for colonial purposes and not with the intention of reaching real unity.
Sheikh Hamad's concern, according to his claim, is "to work with all our energies to preserve this region so that our children can receive it in good condition"!
What good is there in your condition, O rulers of the Gulf, today or tomorrow, when you crawl on your bellies to please America and spend the nation's wealth on it to strengthen itself over it, on top of their strengthening themselves with your inaction, humiliation, and abasement that have become proverbial?!
What good will investing billions in developing the American Al Udeid base in Qatar bring to your children?!
What good will pumping more than $4 trillion into the economy of a country that enslaves Muslims and colonizes their countries, and even kills them morning and evening, directly or indirectly, through its protégé, the Jewish entity, bring to your children?!
The sound construction that brings all the good to Muslims in general and to our people in the Gulf in particular is to remove all these entities from the Muslim countries and unite them into one entity ruled by a pious and pure caliph, who unites the nation's decision and gathers its energies, capabilities, and wealth to be for it, not for others, and then Trump will come crawling, asking for satisfaction and acceptance, and he will not get it.
Yes, "there is strength in unity" as you wrote, but on what do we unite? This is the fundamental, pivotal question that no sincere person in the Islamic nation will answer incorrectly.
