On June 8th of this year, security forces raided one of the Ministry of Defense's institutions in Moscow, the capital of Russia, against migrants. This was reported by the "Baza" channel on Telegram. It is noted that riot police officers went to the dormitory in "Strogino" to check the documents of migrant workers. According to the "Baza" news site, security forces expelled the men from their rooms and made those who walked slowly move faster by "kicking and slapping them." (qalampir.uz, 06/09/2025)

In the video filmed during the operation, armed Russian security personnel stormed a dormitory where migrant workers lived, expelling them from their rooms like animals, cursing them with the vilest words, and beating them. One employee insulted the migrants and called them "monkeys." God curse the Russian regime, as it treats Muslims from Central Asia only in this rude and humiliating way, while such treatment is not seen for other nationalities. Earlier, Russian security forces carried out a similar brutal raid on a public bathhouse where migrants gather. In that operation, security personnel forced migrants to lie on the ground and kicked them. Recently, at least one migrant died instantly after being caught in a traffic jam due to a long queue to obtain a patent.
The Russian has reached the point where he does not hide his position, but rather films and publishes it, as if saying: "This is how I see you"! Yes, this Russian is doing this deliberately to show that the governments of Central Asian countries have become slaves under his rule. And with this policy, which relies on brute force, he reminds us that the former Soviet state is still today on the same path as it was in its era. Of course, the Russian government has always used the issue of migrant workers as a tool to pressure governments in Central Asia. Moreover, it uses migrants in its internal policy to cover up the reputation of its bad and failing administration and to divert its people's attention from real problems. It wants to make its people believe that migrant workers are the main cause of all problems.
Since this infidel Russian is our arch-enemy, both in terms of belief and in terms of our history, it is impossible to expect anything else from him. But the cowardice and betrayal of the regimes that control us, especially the Uzbek regime, surpasses everything. Although he saw and knew that the Russian had gone too far, he could not say a single word. However, the constitution, which he considers sacred and demands his people to obey, stipulates that the subjects of Uzbekistan are guaranteed protection. But he uses this dictionary only when his interests require it, and the rest of the time he spits on it! Yes, the Uzbek regime, instead of caring about protecting its subjects, allows them to become "cannon fodder" in the war between Russia and Ukraine. Reports indicate that the Russian regime shot one of the migrant workers who refused to go to the Ukrainian war.
Although such Russian atrocities are confirmed and publicly known even to the blind and deaf, the Uzbek regime, which claims leadership in Central Asia, does not care much. There is not one brave person in this regime who can say to the Russians "enough"! But our country has produced throughout history great leaders and brave men such as Jalal al-Din Manguberdi, Madamin Bek, and Sher Muhammad Bek, who shouted in the face of enemies and aroused terror in their hearts. As for these rulers who rule us now, they have no honor or shame, and their only concern is to preserve their thrones, and if that requires bowing before the Russian, they do so without hesitation.
We say to our Muslim people, do not expect good from these rulers who have no zeal or shame! Stop being deceived by their lies and deception! They will not protect your money, lives, and honor. And know that in order to be able to travel around the world in peace and feel guaranteed protection, you must have your own state; the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood! It alone will protect your lives, money, and honor anywhere in the world!
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: «The Imam is but a shield, behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected».
