Comment:
At the conclusion of the talks held in Baku, Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Ilham Aliyev issued a decision on the second meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council. A number of bilateral documents were exchanged between the heads of state. Mirziyoyev also participated in the 17th summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization in the city of Khankendi on July 4. The event, chaired by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, was attended by the leaders of Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan, the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Asaad Majeed Khan, and heads of delegations from other countries and regional organizations.
When we focus on these, we can understand that this is another attempt by the West, led by America, to provoke Russia in Asia, undermine its power, and reduce its ultimate influence, while questioning its strength. For example, the meeting of Mirziyoyev and the heads of other CIS states in Azerbaijan itself seems to encourage them in some way to be bolder against Russia. Because Azerbaijan, at the moment, is surprising everyone with bold statements against Russia and is trying to show this in practice as well. For example, in response to the raids organized by the Russian security forces against Azerbaijani nationals, which resulted in the death of two of them, Azerbaijan also carried out exhibition campaigns against the Russians. The Azerbaijani state television harshly criticizes the policy of the Russian bear, saying, "Mr. Putin, what happened?"
In this regard, special emphasis is given to the fact that the infidel Russian regime views not only the Azerbaijanis, but also the fraternal peoples consisting of Kyrgyz, Kazakhs, Tajiks, Turkmens, and Uzbeks, as second-class people.
It is worth mentioning that Mirziyoyev's visit to Azerbaijan took place in light of the further deterioration of relations between Russia and Azerbaijan. If we look closely, the Uzbek regime, which claims leadership in Central Asia, cannot go beyond dealing very softly with Russia. However, in Central Asia, if we say that Uzbekistan is the most harmed by infidel Russia, it would not be an exaggeration. This is clearly manifested in Russia's interference in our country's economy, all the way to the severe repression of Uzbek Muslims.
It seems that other countries in the region, especially Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan, are daring to some extent or in some cases to confront Russia. Uzbekistan, which is considered the heart of the region, seems to be pulling everyone back in this regard. Although our country and people are subjected to the greatest harm and injustice from Russia, the Uzbek regime turns a blind eye to all of this under the pretext of not spoiling relations with Russia! However, positioning Central Asia against Russia and reducing its influence as much as possible will not be achieved without Uzbekistan. From this standpoint, Mirziyoyev's visit to Azerbaijan is a suitable opportunity to encourage him to be bolder against Russia. As if Azerbaijan can be a clear model for everyone, especially Uzbekistan, in this regard. Here, Moscow does not respond to Azerbaijan's actions against it with the same severity. It seems from this that there is an implicit recognition that the Putin regime has weakened significantly in foreign policy recently, and that the military force it boasts about cannot be relied upon much now.
It is true that during the negotiations that took place, and in several meetings, Russia was not mentioned in any way, but it is not difficult to realize that this meaning lies at its core. Of course, the West, especially America, stands behind this, as it is unlikely that Azerbaijan would dare to confront Russia alone. There is almost no doubt that it is America that gives it this courage through Turkey. Perhaps this is the price of joining the Abraham Accords, because Azerbaijan, by joining this agreement, wants to obtain American support. With this, it seems that it has taken upon itself the task of distancing the countries of Central Asia, including Uzbekistan, from Russia under the name of Turkish unity.
It is true that it is very important to unite against Russia, and at the same time it is a convenient situation to effectively benefit from the deterioration of Russia in light of the Ukrainian crisis. But such unity and resistance should not serve the interests of America or other colonial countries, because in such a case it will only lead to replacing one master who is no less evil than the other! These evil countries present the Islamic countries with this particular option, the option of accepting one of the two evils! However, there is another option which is the right thing to do to achieve unity, glory and power, which is to turn to Islam and submit to it, and unite on its basis, and apply it under the Caliphate, then the control of the infidels over the Muslims will be completely eliminated, and the victory of God will be with us.
