"Global Campaign - Sudan War: A Story of Colonialism, Betrayal, and Disappointment

The brutal conflict in Sudan between the Sudanese Armed Forces led by General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, the de facto ruler of Sudan, and the paramilitary group, the Rapid Support Forces led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti), Al-Burhan's former deputy in the Sovereign Council, is now in its third year. بروفايل حرب السودان

Some estimates indicate that the death toll has reached 150,000, with heinous atrocities committed by both sides, including cold-blooded executions, torture, and mass rape. Ethnic cleansing has also been reported, with massacres committed in various cities, villages, and displacement camps.

The war has caused the world's largest humanitarian crisis, displacement crisis, and hunger crisis, with half of the 50 million population facing starvation. However, this conflict has been described as a "forgotten war" and a "hidden and invisible crisis" because it has not received the global attention and international media coverage it deserves.

Therefore, the Women's Section in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir has launched a global campaign to highlight the growing humanitarian disaster suffered by Muslims in Sudan.

The campaign will also address: the politics and hidden agendas behind the conflict, the regional and international countries sponsoring the war and its causes, the history of Sudan and the factors that led to its recent conflicts and economic failure, why the democratic system will fail to solve Sudan's multiple political, economic, ethnic and social problems, and how the Islamic leadership of the Rightly-Guided Caliphate can build a prosperous, safe and successful future for Sudan and all Islamic countries.
