American Approval Is Not a Criterion for the Political Decision of the Islamic Nation

On July 17, 2025, Dawn Newspaper quoted Reuters: "The White House announced on Thursday that there is no scheduled visit for US President Donald Trump to Pakistan at the moment after widespread reports about this visit. Earlier in the day, some local television channels, quoting sources, reported that Trump is expected to visit Pakistan in September. News channels stated that Trump would also visit India after arriving in Islamabad in September. The channels later retracted their reports." (Dawn News)
Comment:
The Pakistani military establishment believes that America's Republican administrations are generally sympathetic and welcoming to Pakistan, unlike the Democratic administrations, which pursue a hostile policy. For example, President Biden has not met with any Pakistani leader. He also did not make a phone call to either of Pakistan's prime ministers, Imran Khan and Shehbaz Sharif, during his four-year term. This was considered an insult in Pakistan.
The Chief of the Pakistani Army, Asim Munir, and other military leaders believe that Trump's return to the White House has given Pakistan an opportunity to reset its relations with America, which had virtually frozen during Biden's term, who assigned the management of relations with Pakistan to the Pentagon. In this context, Asim Munir developed a strategy to please Trump, as it has become widely known among national leaders and heads of state that he likes leaders who praise him, obey his wishes, and help him win the satisfaction of his electoral base.
To win Trump's favor, Asim Munir agreed to Trump's request to arrest and hand over the alleged mastermind of the Kabul airport attack in August 2021, which killed thirteen American soldiers. Recognizing Trump's commercial interest in cryptocurrencies, Pakistan announced the formation of the Pakistan Council for Cryptocurrencies, and the head of the council, Bilal bin Thaqib, visited the White House and held a detailed meeting with Robert Ho Haines, the Executive Director of Trump's Council for Digital Assets. This was followed by General Asim Munir's visit to the White House and his meeting with Trump, where he promised Pakistan's support for America's plan to build a new Middle East.
Pakistan's generals also understand America's interest in rare earth minerals, and they are calling for American investment in the Pakistani mining sector. Pakistan also quickly announced its intention to negotiate a settlement with the Trump administration and reach a trade agreement after Trump announced the imposition of a 29% tariff on Pakistan. Pakistan has also officially nominated Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of his "outstanding political acumen"! This is an announcement that has sparked widespread anger against Pakistan's rulers. Now, Pakistan's rulers hope for Trump's visit to Pakistan, and they consider it a great achievement and honor for them!
It is a great betrayal, shame, and humiliation for Pakistan's military rulers to rush to serve America and its President Trump, hoping to win their favor. This policy of appeasement that they pursue towards America stands in stark contrast to Pakistani public opinion. The Muslims of Pakistan hate Trump and consider him, and his predecessor Biden, the butchers of Gaza. The Muslims of Pakistan were shocked when they saw their army chief having lunch with the American president, who oversees and supports the Jewish entity's attack on Iran.
The difference between the rulers of Pakistan, who are rushing to serve American interests, and the Muslims of Pakistan, who want to fight America and its allies India and the usurping Jewish entity, is clear to everyone. Pakistan is ready for revolution. The revolutions in Syria and Bangladesh have given the Muslims in Pakistan hope that they can get rid of their rulers. The only element missing for a revolution in Pakistan against these rulers is the decision of the powerful Pakistani armed forces to act decisively in favor of public opinion in Pakistan and adopt a new leadership and a new vision for Pakistan, free from slavery to America and dependence on its global system. Pakistan's recent victory over India has given the army confidence in its capabilities. Its strength is sufficient to build a new Middle East based on the unity of all Islamic countries under the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood. This is the vision we call on all Muslims to work for. Allah Almighty said: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾.
