The Juba Agreement is a Hateful Quota System, Encouraging Rebellion Against the Authority of the State
and Concentrating the Influence of Infidel Colonizers in Our Country
News:
The Governor of Central Darfur State, Mustafa Tambour, responded to statements made by the chief negotiator of the Juba Agreement for Peace in Sudan, Muhammad Bashir Abu Numu; the former Minister of Minerals, regarding power-sharing ratios, confirming that what Abu Numu said "confirms his ignorance of the agreement's texts," as he put it. Tambour said: "We affirm that we did not ask for a gift from anyone, and we never ran after power. Our commitment to the people is to end the rebellion and achieve their will."
This statement comes in the wake of an article published by Abu Numu, in which he refuted what he described as "misconceptions" about the Juba Agreement, pointing out that the armed movements that were later attached to the agreement, including Tambour's movement, do not deserve a share of the specified percentage (25%) for power-sharing, because they were not among the original signatories or military actors before the signing. Comment:
Conflicts in Sudan are renewed, formed, and transformed. Since the alleged independence, the country has gone through sectarian, regional, and ethnic conflicts, some of which were wars under the banners of holy jihad, before ending with the secession of Sudan's treasure, and its resource-rich third. Then came the post-Salvation government conflict between American and British agents, including the current war, where these bloody conflicts have destroyed everything, and squandered many capabilities and wealth, not to mention the destruction and devastation that befell the facilities and infrastructure of the country. But the biggest loss is the lives and sanctities of Muslims that have been violated, for no reason except to implement the agenda of the infidel colonizing countries coveting our country, and what is more bitter is that the conflict occurs at the hands of our sons!
After being a candidate to become the food basket of the world, it has become a burden on the infidel colonizer, who is moved by his interests and does not respect any bond or covenant with the people of Sudan, the Muslims. Rather, the infidel colonizer, who usurped the authority of the Ummah through his agents in the Muslim countries, has turned the issue of the usurped authority and power into an arena of international conflict. The circles of the infidel colonizer have come out manufacturing rebellion after rebellion, using the rulers of the Muslims, and the neighboring client states. Thus, the most popular industries in our country have been the industry of agents, who multiply and reproduce in a serial manner, wearing suits and elegant ties, and coming out to talk about demands for the right of the marginalized and the oppressed! They lie and believe their lies, the embassies manage them, and they feed on the failure of the client rulers, and all of them thereby turn the usurped authority of the Ummah into an arena of international conflict that leaves no sanctity for the people of the country, in order to consolidate the influence of their masters; America and Europe.
Thus, the usurped authority of the Ummah has turned into an arena of quotas and conflict over revenue-generating ministries, and they are corrupt and thieves, demanding to be entrusted with the state's revenues while they are fighting over it and threatening, and raising Othman's shirt; the rights of the marginalized!
Here are the armed movements brandishing their swords in the face of Al-Burhan and his Prime Minister Kamel Idris, and threatening to withdraw from their alliance with him in his war with the Rapid Support Forces unless they have a share in the cake of power, which they acquired as stipulated in the Juba Agreement!
Quotas in power and wealth are the basis of the Juba Agreement, in order to satisfy the rebels, and those behind them, their masters, by involving them in the government. Therefore, they gave them 25% of the ministries; that is, five ministers, and three members in the Sovereignty Council, and represented them by 25% of the Legislative Council, which is 75 seats out of a total of 300 parliamentary seats.
Therefore, the Juba Agreement brought armed movements to ministries such as the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Minerals, so their armies expanded, their equipment increased, and they were paid huge salaries paid from the blood of the people of Sudan.
One of the most important clauses that have been implemented from the Juba Agreement is the assumption of positions by the leaders of the armed movements in the Sovereignty and Ministerial Councils, and in the executive state apparatus. As for the rights of the marginalized, they have not reached their owners, but the mass of the marginalized has swollen, so that most of the people of Sudan are in displacement and refugee camps, while they are fighting over power and wealth!
A sinister agreement like the Juba Agreement must be canceled because of the calamity and dire evil that has befallen the country and its people. Rather, the sincere people of power and strength must restore the Ummah's usurped authority, to establish the rule of Islam; the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, which puts the correct concepts of governance into application and implementation, ends quotas in government, and uproots the influence of the infidel colonizers from the Muslim countries.
