Tears of joy for the enemies of Allah, and defeat and despair for the Muslims in Cyprus!

Last April, the Council of Ministers of Northern Cyprus issued a government decree allowing girls to wear the Islamic headscarf in secondary schools. However, the Turkish Cypriot Secondary Education Teachers' Union began strikes, refused to teach children who arrived at school wearing Sharia-compliant clothing, and finally resorted to the Supreme Court. Last week, at the end of September, the Supreme Court in Northern Cyprus overturned the government decree, ruling it unconstitutional. The leaders of the teachers' union, who demanded the repeal of the decree, celebrated the return of the headscarf ban as a "victory for secularism" with tears of joy. Meanwhile, the government announced that it would immediately begin "working on a new law."

O Cypriot Muslims: Can a secular, democratic parliament, which praises alcohol, legalizes adultery and gambling, and even promotes them as a source of income for the country, consider protecting the lives, wealth and dignity of Muslims its primary duty? The rules of Islamic dress for Muslim women and girls are an indisputable ruling, and it is a command from Allah Almighty. Contrary to what the Supreme Court and your politicians have put forward, this is not a matter of freedom, equality, or integrity; Muslims are only bound by the rulings of Allah.

Just as the Supreme Court in this secular democratic system overturned the government decision issued by the Council of Ministers to lift the headscarf ban, it will issue a new ban tomorrow with flimsy arguments and manipulation of words.

Therefore, instead of waiting for your ministers to lift the ban on your daughters' headscarves in a democratic parliament, you should demand that they rule according to the rulings of Allah Almighty. In order for them to do so, you must call on them to take the necessary action to unite with the Islamic Ummah, to unite with the Islamic countries, and to reject all non-Islamic systems and laws. Only the Caliphate will unite the hearts, money, and armies of all Muslims on the Book of Allah and the method of His Messenger ﷺ, protecting you from any attack, humiliation, or injustice from the disbelievers! And it will do so immediately, without restriction or condition, and without hesitation, by mobilizing all available means.

O Muslims of the world: Do not leave your Muslim brothers and sisters in Cyprus alone! So that the disbelievers do not repeat their crimes against them again, and so that it does not become another Gaza. Seek refuge in Allah Almighty and in His provision! And call for the state that does not take the colonial West as its support, but rather the piety of Allah, and whose existence is vital to your existence. Call for the second Rightly Guided Caliphate on the method of Prophethood! There, the promise of Allah Almighty and the glad tidings of His Messenger ﷺ await you to liberate you, liberate Cyprus, and liberate Palestine!

﴿Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient.﴾
