The fall of the "Republic" must lead to:

The imposition of Allah Almighty "Establishing the Rightly-Guided Caliphate"

(Translated)

The collapse of the republican system in Afghanistan represents one of the most pivotal developments for the people of Afghanistan and the Islamic nation in general in the twenty-first century. This system not only lacked any roots in Islamic belief, but was also the product of a new colonial design; an imported system built to institutionalize corruption, dependency and injustice. Its fall was the natural and inevitable end of a system that from its inception was alien to the Islamic identity and inconsistent with the values of Islam.

The republican system, as imposed in Afghanistan, was a failed model - a Taghut system in its nature - devoid of Islamic legitimacy, and ultimately collapsed under the pressure of Muslim resistance, the sincerity of the Mujahideen, and the awakening of the Da’wah carriers. We congratulate the Muslim people of Afghanistan, the sincere Mujahideen, the callers to the truth, and the entire Islamic Ummah on this historic and blessed transformation, and we consider it a decisive turning point, an awakening, and a return to Islamic sovereignty.

However, the republic and democracy are not limited to a name or a set of symbols or prefixes that fade with the fall of the regime, but rather represent a comprehensive principled and political framework, governed by specific principles of internal administration and foreign policy. Therefore, despite the talk of the collapse of the republic, its intellectual foundation, that is, its political institutions, laws, policies, and vision of the world, remains largely intact.

Unfortunately, today's rulers, while sometimes drawing on Afghan traditions, still adopt fundamental elements of political realism, capitalist pragmatism, and tribal nationalism, which are hallmarks of the republic model that they claim to have replaced. A clear example of this is the continued focus on "national interest" and the pursuit of alignment with the secular world order. Thus, simply changing the leadership or dismantling a dysfunctional administrative apparatus does not mean the complete elimination of the republican system. One of Afghanistan's chronic problems is the instability of its governments. Although foreign intervention has played a role, the deeper problem lies in the absence of a genuine and organic link between the rulers and the people. Successive regimes have failed to build a common identity with the people or ensure broad popular legitimacy. It is not surprising that these regimes collapse, whether through internal disintegration or external imposition.

If the current regime seeks genuine stability and lasting legitimacy, it must recognize that political power stems from the Islamic Ummah. It must anchor Islamic solutions within society, and adhere, in both domestic and foreign policy, to Islam alone. In the Islamic worldview, authority is derived from the Islamic community, not from appeals to the international system or its institutions. Legitimacy in Islam is not granted through international recognition, but through legitimate allegiance, which is a legitimate pledge of allegiance from the believers.

Therefore, the basis of governance in Islam must be built on Islamic doctrine, Islamic politics, and the Islamic message. This message liberates the ruler from the constraints of nationalism, economic interest, and neutrality, and obliges him to declare and establish the sovereignty of Islam through Da’wah and Jihad.

Finally, it must be emphasized that the current rulers of Afghanistan are going through a great trial and test from God Almighty. After the political transition and their assumption of power, it was incumbent upon them to thank God Almighty, not only in words, but with the full and comprehensive implementation of Islam. This includes continuing Jihad beyond the borders of the artificial nation-state, eradicating all un-Islamic values, ideas and systems, and it was their duty to establish the Rightly-Guided Caliphate. If they instead choose to reposition themselves as participants in the secular international system; if they seek recognition from the colonial powers and their institutions; if the spirit of Jihad fades among them; if they apply Islam selectively and partially, then the warning of God Almighty will soon come into effect, ﴿AND IF YOU TURN AWAY, HE WILL REPLACE YOU WITH ANOTHER PEOPLE; THEN THEY WILL NOT BE LIKE YOU.
