No Western Guardianship Over the Issues of the Ummah
News:
The US envoy to Syria, Tom Barak, said: The only way available to the SDF is to go to Damascus. We do not want an Alawite or Druze state, nor a separate entity for the SDF. (Al-Hadath, X platform, July 14, 2025)
Comment:
A few days ago, this High Commissioner, sorry! The American envoy, caused a stir in Lebanon when he threatened the existence of the Lebanese entity and indicated its return to the Levant. And today, and before today, you see this delegate coming and going, tirelessly promoting the normalization treaty with the usurping entity, and cutting and sewing as if he is the new tailor of the region!
One of the modern tribulations of the Islamic Ummah is that it has become a free pasture; major countries and international organizations stick their noses into its issues, future, and problems in a blatant way.
With a quick search for a list of UN and American envoys concerned with the affairs and issues of the Middle East and North Africa region, I found the following:
Sigrid Kaag, United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process and Senior Humanitarian and Reconstruction Coordinator for Gaza.
Staffan de Mistura, Personal Envoy of the Secretary-General for Western Sahara.
Alexander Ivanko, Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara.
Catriona Laing, Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia.
Ramtane Lamamra, Personal Envoy of the Secretary-General for Sudan.
Martin Griffiths, Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen.
Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Iraq.
Geir Pedersen, Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Syria.
Stephanie Koury, Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya.
Joanna Wronecka, United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon.
Lise Grande, Special Envoy for Humanitarian Issues in the Middle East.
Steve Weitkoff, White House Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa.
What is this?!
As if we are children who need guardianship or discipline!
The principled discourse for the people of this noble Ummah in response to Tom Barak, the major countries and their institutions is to say to them, you have nothing to do with us and our problems, go away from us.
