The Presidential Post in Central Asia is Equivalent to Royalty

News:
Radio Liberty reported on May 29 that "Putin held talks with Rustam Emomali, Chairman of the Senate of Tajikistan. As part of his official visit to Moscow, the Chairman of the National Council of Tajikistan (Upper House), and Mayor of Dushanbe, Rustam Emomali, held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko, and State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin. The talks focused on strengthening the strategic partnership, developing parliamentary dialogue, expanding humanitarian cooperation, and labor migration issues, according to the Tajik National Council's Facebook page.
Comment:
This is not the first visit of the son of the tyrant Emomali Rahmon to Russia. This meeting was characterized by more formal ceremonies and was more like a show. The tyrant Emomali Rahmon is old and his health is deteriorating, which urgently calls for considering a candidate for the presidency. Central Asia has been, and still is, under the control of the Kremlin for more than a hundred years, and therefore the tyrants of these countries send their heirs to the Kremlin to obtain approval or review of a nomination for the position of head of state.
We can witness a similar scenario with the transfer of power from the tyrant of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, to his son Serdar Berdimuhamedow. Berdimuhamedow inherited power from his father in 2022. A few years before that, Serdar went through many developmental stages to reach power, such as mayor of the region, ministerial positions, a position on the Security Council, and so on. For a while, Serdar's father traveled with him to official meetings, as a precaution against losing power, but he was convinced that everything was going according to his plan, so Gurbanguly allowed his son to go out freely. Thus, power passed from father to son.
Unlike the presidents of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, the former and current presidents of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan have daughters as heirs, which complicates the transfer of power. It is not acceptable in Central Asian culture for a woman to be the head of state. However, as we have seen, the daughters of tyrants have been active in the political life of the state. Not long ago, the daughters of Karimov and Nazarbayev participated in almost all economic operations in the country. Today, Mirziyoyev's daughter is not only involved in the internal politics of the country, but also represents Uzbekistan abroad.
In the modern history of Central Asia, a new tradition has emerged, which is that whoever assumes the presidency of the state assumes all its powers, appointing his relatives to influential positions, and bequeathing them, as is the case in the monarchy. Once tyrants come to power, they do not relinquish it except in the event of death or emergency. While they are in power, their entire family torments the people with tyranny and injustice.
We, the Muslims of Central Asia, are alienated from non-Islamic systems of governance such as republics and kingdoms. In Islam, the Sultan is for the Ummah, and sovereignty is for the Sharia, not for the people or the Caliph. The Ummah pledges allegiance to the Caliph to implement the Sharia on earth and rule according to the law of God.
Allah Almighty said in His Holy Book: ﴿The authority rests with none but Allah﴾, and He said: ﴿And who is better than Allah in judgment for a people who have certainty?﴾, and He said: ﴿And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations, and beware of them lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away - then know that Allah only intends to inflict upon them some [punishment] for their sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient.﴾.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) established the Islamic state in Medina, and showed us the best ways to build the state apparatus. He (ﷺ) appointed governors and judges, chose his assistants, and formed the Shura Council. He (ﷺ) assumed the presidency of this state, and his companions (may Allah be pleased with them) pledged allegiance to him as ruler. After his death (ﷺ), the honorable companions continued this work, and they were called Caliphs, and the system of government was called the Caliphate. There is no salvation for us from the tyrannical rulers who do not rule according to the laws of Islam except by working in the manner of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), to establish the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, led by a rightly guided Caliph who rules according to the law of God, eliminates injustice and oppression, and spreads the light of Islam on earth. And Allah is the One Whose help is sought.
