Islamabad Conference: Between the Leaders' Betrayal and the Obligation of Support

While the Jewish entity continues to commit massacres in Gaza and starve its people, and while the Ummah has lost hope in its leaders to support them, a major disappointment came from the heart of Islamabad. On Saturday, July 26, 2025, a conference of regional chiefs of defense staff was held with the participation of America and Central Asian countries, under the patronage of the Pakistani army. The conference brought together senior military leaders from America, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

The military media wing announced that the conference addressed strengthening security cooperation and combating (terrorism and extremism), according to the usual American agenda that targets Islam, Muslims, and everyone who works for their revival. Of course, there was no talk about the issue of Palestine, nor about the crimes that make children's hair turn gray from their horror, and the final statement did not include any mention of the suffering of the people of Gaza, or any reference to the continuous crimes against them, let alone a call for jihad or a statement of the Sharia position towards the occupation, which is the position that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ decreed in his glad tidings: «The Jews will fight you, and you will be given power over them, until the stone says: O Muslim, there is a Jew behind me, so kill him» narrated by Bukhari and Muslim.

In a scene that makes sound souls and healthy instincts cringe, the commander of the US Central Command attended the conference, leading, directing, and dictating to the military leaders America's agenda and vision for the conference and the region, and he was awarded the Nishan-e-Imtiaz medal in a separate official ceremony, despite being one of the most prominent planners and supporters of the Jewish entity's aggression against Gaza, and the direct supervisor of the American operations supporting it. The conference was limited to Washington's agenda of "combating terrorism and extremism," which are the slogans intended to suppress Islamic groups working for the revival of the Ummah and resisting the Jewish and Indian occupation, and not to confront the real enemy of humanity, the Jewish entity and its allies.

The presence of American leaders and dealing with them as partners in security is not only a blatant betrayal of Islam and Muslims, and an actual joining of the camp of evil led by the Jewish entity and the camp of treachery led by Sisi and the rulers of Al Saud, at a time when the blood of Gaza's children is shed day and night, but it is also a continuation of the path of subservience to America and the implementation of its agenda and vision for the region, in light of the escalating conflict between America and China.

We address the honorable leaders in the Pakistani army and the armies of the Ummah, and we tell them that America is the sworn enemy of the Ummah, and that the Jews are murderers, and whoever cooperates with them at this critical time does not represent the Ummah or Islam. They must realize that their military leaders are the reason for the decline we are experiencing, and they are the reason for the humiliation we receive from the Jews, Hindus, and America behind them. Therefore, you must overthrow these agents and give support to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, for it alone will support Gaza, avenge its children, and liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Know that the Ummah from Jakarta to Rabat is waiting for you to make a historic and honorable decision that will shake the ground under the feet of the Jews, Hindus, and their allies.

Pakistan, with its nuclear power, its believing and mujahid army, and its people who love Islam, can stop the war of extermination in Gaza in hours, and it can even turn the tide of international power if the sincere leadership takes the reins of decision. In the name of the children of Gaza, the blood of its martyrs, and the wounds of the bereaved and deprived, we appeal to you: Do not remain silent about the betrayal of your leadership, do not shake hands with those who shook hands with the murderers, and do not honor those who killed our children. We remind you of the words of God Almighty: ﴿O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the cause of Allah, you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world compared to the Hereafter.﴾.

O officers of the Pakistani army, O officers of the armies of Muslims, and O everyone who has an atom of faith in his heart: Which of you will have the honor of liberating the Al-Aqsa Mosque? Which of you will be immortalized in history books as the liberator of the blessed land, as Saladin, may God have mercy on him, liberated it?!

That is the day when the believers will rejoice in God's victory, and that is the day when the doors of Paradise will be opened to those who strive and prevail ﴿O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet﴾.
