Gems of Fruits
The Obligation to Thank God
When the doors of the world are opened for you,
and God lavishes His bounty upon you,
and blessings come one after another,
Attribute all the credit to the Owner of this bounty, and thank Him day and night so that He may increase you from His gifts.
And beware of denying the blessing of the Benefactor,
for it is a harbinger of its demise.
God Almighty said: ((If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.))
