Give up hope of what is in the hands of people
On the authority of Ubaidullah bin Mihsan Al-Ansari Al-Khatami, may God be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (Whoever among you wakes up secure in his home, healthy in his body, having the food for his day, it is as if the world has been brought to him in its entirety).
On the authority of Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas, may God be pleased with him, who said: A man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: O Messenger of God, advise me and be brief. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (Give up hope of what is in the hands of people, and beware of greed, for it is a present poverty, and beware of what requires an apology).
