روي عن الحسن البصري رحمه الله قوله: ابن آدم إنه لا يضرك ما زوي عنك من دنياك إذا ادخر لك خيرُ آخرتك، وما ينفعك خيرُ ما أصبت منها إذا حرمت خيرَ آخرتك.

ابن آدم إنك مرتهن بعملك، وارد على أجلك، معروض على ربك، فخذها في يديك لما بين يديك؛ فعند الموت يأتيك الخبر اليقين ((يوم لا ينفع مال ولا بنون إلا من أتى الله بقلب سليم))

Among the beneficial things is resolving tasks immediately and freeing up time in the future, because if tasks are not resolved, the remaining previous tasks will accumulate on you, and subsequent tasks will be added to them, making their burden heavier. If you resolve everything in its time, you will approach future matters with strength of thought and strength of action.
