إن السحور سنة مستحبة، لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام: «إن السحور بركة أعطاكموها الله فلا تدعوها» أحمد والنسائي، وقوله: «إن الله تعالى جعل البركة في السحور والكيل» صحيح الجامع وحسنه، وقوله: «البركة في ثلاثة: في الجماعة، والثريد، والسحور» الطبراني، صحيح الجامع، وقوله: «عليكم بهذا السحور فإنه هو الغداء المبارك» أحمد والنسائي، صحيح الجامع وقوله: «تسحروا فإن في السحور بركة» رواه البخاري ومسلم

Among the beneficial things is resolving tasks immediately and freeing up time in the future, because if tasks are not resolved, the remaining previous tasks will accumulate on you, and subsequent tasks will be added to them, making their burden heavier. If you resolve everything in its time, you will approach future matters with strength of thought and strength of action.
