كان الحسن البصري رحمه الله يقول: ابن آدم إياك أن تكون صاحب دنيا، لها ترضى، ومن أجلها تغضب، وعليها تقاتل، وفيها تتعب وتنصب، ارفضها إلى النار إن كنت طالب الجنة، أو فدع التمني يا لُكَعُ، فإن حكيما قال: وإنَّ امرءا دنياه أكبرُ همّه *** لمستمسك فيها بحبل غُرور

Resolving Tasks Immediately
Among the beneficial things is resolving tasks immediately and freeing up time in the future, because if tasks are not resolved, the remaining previous tasks will accumulate on you, and subsequent tasks will be added to them, making their burden heavier. If you resolve everything in its time, you will approach future matters with strength of thought and strength of action.
