AND NEVER WILL ALLAH ALLOW THE DISBELIEVERS OVER THE BELIEVERS [TO HAVE] A WAY

Establishing the Caliphate according to the Prophetic methodology, as foretold by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, necessitates first that the authority of the Ummah be intrinsic; and in order for the authority of the Ummah to be intrinsic, it must work with its own capabilities, its own efforts, using its own potentials, relying on God alone, glory be to Him, God Almighty said: (And upon Allah let the believers rely); to get rid of the influence of the disbelievers (America, Russia, Britain, France, and every country coveting the lands of Muslims), God Almighty said: (And never will Allah allow the disbelievers over the believers [to have] a way). If the authority of the Ummah becomes intrinsic, it will be able to decide its fate, implement its will, apply the book of its Lord, and establish its Caliphate.

{O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered. And fear a trial which will not strike those who have wronged among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in penalty.}
