ومن يذق الدنيا فإني طعمتها
قال الإمام الشافعي رحمه الله تعالى:
ومن يذق الدنيا فإني طَعمْتُها وسيق إلينا عَذْبُها وعذابها
فلم أرها إلا غُروراً وباطلاً كما لاح في ظهر الفلاة سَرابُها
وما هي إلا جِيفةٌ مستحيلةٌ عليها كلابٌ هَمُّهن اجتِذابها
فإن تجتنبها كنت سِلما لأهلها وإن تجتذبها نازعتك كلابها
وصل اللهم على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين

Among the beneficial things is resolving tasks immediately and freeing up time in the future, because if tasks are not resolved, the remaining previous tasks will accumulate on you, and subsequent tasks will be added to them, making their burden heavier. If you resolve everything in its time, you will approach future matters with strength of thought and strength of action.
