Press Release
In response to the statements of the American envoy Tom Barak
Once again, the American administration reveals its true face through the statements of its envoy Tom Barak, in his meeting broadcast by Sky News with the senior presenter of IMI International, Hadley Gamble, who allowed himself to blatantly interfere in Lebanese affairs and define roles for the army institution.
We in the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon, in the face of this arrogant discourse, affirm that Lebanon is not an American colony, and the West, especially America, has no right to guardianship over it, and that defining the tasks of the army and transforming it to protect the borders of the entity of the Jews and making it a tool in the hands of the outside will not be achieved, God willing.
Barak's talk about preventing the arming of the army so that it does not fight the entity of the Jews, and being content with making it a force to control the interior, is an insult to Lebanon and the military institution, and a clear expression of a project that aims to weaken the army and define its tasks according to Western interests and the entity of the Jews.
The wise politicians in Lebanon must realize that the nature of the relationship between the entity of the Jews and America is a relationship of a part of a whole, which achieves its strategic goals, and it is a functional project that the West planted in the heart of the Islamic nation to play a specific role: fragmenting the region, undermining its renaissance, and engaging its peoples in continuous conflicts.
American support for Lebanon is crumbs, while the real support for the usurping entity is an open mandate for it to practice aggression without limits, starting from occupation, displacement, and killing, to systematic wars on Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and all Muslim countries.
The truth is that the current unruliness of the Jews in the region would not have happened without the American umbrella that protects them, finances their arsenal, and grants them "international legitimacy."
The animosity here is not just a "local conflict," but rather an expression of an American will that sees the survival of this entity as a red line, which contributes fundamentally to weakening Muslims and plundering their resources.
Therefore, the American envoy is on a malicious mission, and the wise must put an end to the interference in Lebanon's affairs, and not allow anyone to define the tasks of state institutions, and not hope for good from America and its envoy, and realize that the words that the American envoys say to the politicians in Lebanon are deception, procrastination, and charlatanism that serve the interests of America, which has no sincere connection with anyone except its interests as a beneficial capitalist state whose work is to entrench the separation of religion from life as a matter of principle, and its tool in that is colonialism in its various forms, old and new.
The view of America and its envoy should not be that it is a mediating and neutral country, but rather a country that supports an aggressive, usurping entity.
