Bloody Escalation on the Pakistani-Afghan Border

And the Failure of Both Parties to Refer to Allah's Law

Away from the policy of restraint adopted by the existing regimes in Pakistan and Afghanistan towards the enemies of the nation, including Jews, Hindus, and Americans, both Pakistan and Afghanistan announced the killing of dozens of the other country's forces in clashes that occurred on their borders, which began on Saturday evening with an operation carried out by Taliban forces, and Islamabad vowed to respond strongly to it. Kabul also announced that its forces had carried out operations against Pakistani security forces in response to their repeated violations and airstrikes on Afghan territory.

In the face of these events, India stands by, watching with joy as strife is sown between the two brotherly countries, and as the souls of Muslims are taken by each other's hands. The Afghan government has chosen to move closer to India as a result of the foolish policy pursued by the Pakistani leadership in antagonizing and expelling Afghan "refugees" from their second country, Pakistan. This is why Afghanistan has turned to India, Pakistan's bitter enemy, where an unprecedented rapprochement has arisen between them, provoking the anger of Islamabad and prompting it to act. One manifestation of this rapprochement is that India received the Afghan Foreign Minister on Friday for the first time since 2021, and announced that its diplomatic mission in Kabul would be transformed into a full embassy.

Whether the cause of the deteriorating relations between the Pakistani and Afghan governments is the Indian-Afghan rapprochement, or the Afghan government's support for the Pakistani Taliban movement, the primary responsibility for this escalation lies in the failure of the two governments to resolve their problems away from Indian and international interference, and the failure to refer disputes to the Quran and Sunnah, as God Almighty said: ﴿THE BELIEVERS ARE BUT BROTHERS, SO MAKE PEACE BETWEEN YOUR BROTHERS AND FEAR ALLAH THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE MERCY﴾.

Instead, each side began to describe the other as an enemy or a stranger. The spokesman for the Afghan government, Zabihullah Mujahid, said at a press conference on Sunday that 58 Pakistani soldiers were killed in the operation. In response, the Pakistani army said in a statement: "23 Pakistani soldiers were killed while defending the territorial integrity of our country in the face of this blatant attack," adding that it had killed or wounded "more than 200 Taliban fighters and affiliated terrorist groups, in shelling, raids and precision strikes."

In contrast to the diplomatic language and policy of restraint adopted by the Pakistani government with its arch-enemy India, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif threatened Afghanistan in a statement, saying: "There will be no compromise on the defense of Pakistan, and every provocation will be met with a strong and effective response." Likewise, Kabul's language was sharp, lacking the slightest understanding of what is necessarily known of the religion and of Sharia rulings, as Zabihullah Mujahid said on Sunday: "Pakistan attacked this morning, and we are ready to respond forcefully."

How thirsty the Muslims were for this "power" and this firm language in responding to the enemies of God when they made blatant and repeated attacks on the Ummah in Kashmir, Gaza and South Turkestan! But these rulers are nothing but agents of the infidel colonizer in the lands of the Muslims, doing only what serves his interests and strengthens his influence. And it is in the interests of the West to ignite animosity, discord and division among the Muslims themselves. The state of these people is as was said of the cowards: "A lion against me, but in wars an ostrich"! While Shehbaz Sharif is threatening his brothers in Afghanistan, he is preparing to attend the "Tolerance of Jewish Crimes" conference in Sharm el-Sheikh, which is chaired by the nation's bitter enemy, Trump.

O Muslims in Pakistan, O sincere ones in the Pakistani army: Your rulers and leaders are enemies to you, so beware of them, but rather ﴿THEY ARE THE ENEMY, SO BEWARE OF THEM. MAY ALLAH DESTROY THEM; HOW ARE THEY DELUDED?﴾! It would have been enough to liberate Kashmir or to support the oppressed in the blessed land of Palestine with military actions and efforts, and with fewer deaths and martyrs than was spent in enabling American hegemony in Afghanistan, and in fighting Muslims there, but your rulers and leaders are employing the country's capabilities and your forces in the cause of Satan, instead of employing them in the cause of God as you love and are pleased with. It is not unlikely that this pure blood that has been shed by both sides is a means of pressure on the Kabul government to agree to hand over Bagram Airfield to America, so that America can use it as a base from which to launch attacks against every rival in the region, especially the sincere members of the Ummah. Therefore, the Ummah must work with the sincere members in Hizb ut-Tahrir to get rid of these conspirators against the Ummah and violators of its sanctity. And the sincere members in the Pakistani army must give victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir to pledge allegiance to a Caliph for the Muslims who rules according to what God has revealed, and unites Pakistan with Afghanistan and the lands of the Muslims beyond them under the shade of the Khilafah state that the Messenger of God ﷺ prophesied its establishment, which is the Khilafah that follows the oppressive rule that the Ummah is living under in the shade of these criminal rulers, where he ﷺ said: "Then there will be an oppressive kingdom, and it will be as long as Allah wills it to be. Then He will lift it when He wills to lift it. Then there will be a Khilafah on the method of Prophethood." narrated by Ahmad.
