The unity of the Ummah can only be achieved on the basis of Islam
And its security is achieved by mobilizing armies, not by words
News:
The Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Siyasa said on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, that the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, during a visit to the Military Academy in the New Administrative Capital, warned against attempts to sow discord among Arab peoples through the media, calling for overcoming differences and strengthening Arab unity, stressing the link between Egypt's security and Arab security, and rejecting any external interference that destabilizes the region. He pointed out that the exceptional circumstances in the region began in 2011, and not only after October 7, 2023, considering that this confirms the correctness of Egyptian policies based on balance and non-interference. He also acknowledged the impact of the Suez Canal due to the Gaza war, but he stressed the continuation of the economic reform path, describing what is happening in Gaza as "unprecedented destruction," pointing to Egypt's continued efforts to stop the war and deliver humanitarian aid, despite what he called smear and disinformation campaigns against its role.
Comment:
El-Sisi is trying to present himself as a guardian of the alleged Arab unity, warning against what he called "sowing discord among Arab peoples through the media," and calling for "overcoming differences" between Arab countries. However, whoever contemplates the essence of the speech, the position of its speaker, and his political role realizes that what was presented is nothing but a verbal wrapping for malicious policies that contradict the interests of the nation and fundamentally conflict with the rulings and objectives of Islam.
The call to "overcome differences" in the contemporary political context is a call to obliterate the reality of the conflict with the enemies of the nation and cover up the betrayal of the rulers, especially in light of the tragic reality in which the Arab regimes, including the Egyptian regime, participate in forsaking the people of Gaza and besieging them, colluding with the Jewish entity, and even تثبيت its existence through security coordination and normalization.
Arabism, nationalism, and patriotism are not something that peoples can unite on, nor can they be a bond that binds them together. Rather, the only bond for them is the Islamic faith. Despite this, what Arab unity is it that is to be preached while the Rafah crossing is closed in the face of hungry children, aid is prevented from reaching the besieged, crossings are coordinated with the occupation, and anyone who calls for the movement of armies to liberate the usurped land is criminalized?! What kind of unity is it that is intended to be enshrined while Arab regimes stand, openly or implicitly, with the usurping entity in its brutal war on the people of Gaza?! What kind of unity can be hoped for from regimes that derive their policies from Washington and move their armies to serve it, not for the sake of God?!
The real dispute in the Arab countries is not between the peoples, but between the peoples and these regimes, between those who bear the concerns of the nation, seek to liberate Palestine, and want sovereignty for Islam, and rulers who have accepted to be agents of colonialism, keepers of the borders drawn by Sykes-Picot, and servants of American, British, and Zionist interests.
Then El-Sisi talks about "non-interference in the affairs of other countries," as if his regime was not involved in supporting coups, standing with counter-revolutions, and intelligence interventions in Libya and Sudan, within agendas that serve only projects to fragment the nation and keep it hostage to political, economic, and military dependence. This call, which outwardly respects sovereignty, but inwardly تثبيت regimes of oppression and protecting colonial maps, is a consecration of the fragmentation of the Islamic nation, whose division Islam does not recognize, but rather makes its unity obligatory in one entity, under one banner, and one caliph.
As for his talk about the war in Gaza and considering it "unprecedented current destruction," despite his recognition of the atrocity of the massacres, it did not exceed the ceiling of verbal condemnation. Rather, he continued to emphasize Egypt's role in stopping the war and delivering aid, which is the same discourse that has become exposed and abhorrent, because it is accompanied by an actual closure of the crossings, suffocating security requirements, constant coordination with the occupation, and even media disinformation that demonizes everyone who calls for military action to support Gaza.
It is not strange that he talks about "smear and disinformation campaigns targeting Egypt's pivotal role," as tyrants always become تنگ and consider criticism a smear, and they talk about stability while their countries are burning in the inferno of poverty, humiliation, and enslavement to the colonizers. The reality is that the real distortion is what the regime's media and political apparatuses are doing in misleading the peoples, distorting the image of jihad and mujahideen, promoting peace with the enemy, and burying every call for the liberation of Palestine.
As for the indication that what the region has been going through since 2011 "proves the correctness of the Egyptian policies based on balance," it is a reversed reading of reality. What has happened since that year are revolutions during which the nation tried to liberate itself from the grip of the oppressive regimes, but the conspiracies that were woven, the external support for the regimes, and the internal betrayal are what buried those movements. The Egyptian regime was at the forefront of those who led the counter-revolution, and it is not a model for balance, but for complete submission to the international powers.
The real way to overcome "differences" is not in reconciling with traitors, nor in obliterating facts, but in uprooting these regimes that constitute the first barrier to the unity of the nation, the liberation of Palestine, and the implementation of God's law. This will only be achieved by the establishment of the Islamic state; the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, which gathers the scattered Muslims, unites their ranks, prepares to liberate the blessed land and all the Muslim countries, cuts off the hand of the colonizers and agents, and raises the banner of "There is no god but Allah" on the walls of Jerusalem, Damascus, Baghdad, and every capital that was hostage in the hands of the Sykes-Picot regimes.
O soldiers of Kinana, O best of soldiers: What truly unites the nation is the uprooting of these regimes from their roots, the closure of Western embassies, the cutting off of their hands that tamper with our countries, and the complete liberation from their despicable subordination. All of this culminates in the establishment of the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood on the ruins of these termite-infested thrones. You, O soldiers of Kinana, are the soldiers of the nation and its great men, worthy of this trust, and a great, immortal epic awaits you in which you triumph for Islam, its law, and its nation. Is there a wise man who says it for the sake of God and declares it an anger in His cause to uproot the regimes of treason, unite the nation, and restore its usurped power?
We place you before the Sharia duty that God has obligated you to, and which you will be asked about before God on the Day of Resurrection. The people of Egypt and the Blessed Land, and the nation as a whole, will cling to your necks if you fail to support it and do not side with it and support those working to establish its state and restore its authority. So hasten, for the opportunity is in your hands and goodness calls you. Put your hands in the hands of the sincere workers to implement Islam and restore its authority anew, may God forgive you for what has passed and write goodness at your hands, so that the state that the nation awaits and that God Almighty has promised and given glad tidings of through His Prophet ﷺ will be established through you; a Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood.
﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾
