Should the Tried Be Tried Again?!
News:
Osama Saeed, a leader in the " تأسيس" (Establishment) coalition, said that "the peace government is coming with a broad popular will, to achieve comprehensive peace and protect the unity of Sudan." In a post on Facebook, he added that the government to be formed derives its legitimacy from the struggle of the people, stressing that it "does not wait for permission from anyone, and will be the only legitimate body responsible for any future negotiation process that expresses the aspirations of the Sudanese people for peace, justice, and democratic civil rule." Comment:
Since the departure of the colonizer with its armies, Sudan has remained imprisoned and colonized by proxy, as Western ideas have continued to control the reins of government and politics. This legacy has been inherited by all eras and governments through a group of carriers of Western culture, who were raised in its embrace and imbibed its systems of governance, forms, and apparatuses represented in democracy, and in its other face, capitalism in the economy. This situation has not changed a single day with the succession of generations and intellectuals, whether right or left, and whether they wear civilian or military garb. These people take as a pretext that they came to power through legitimacy from the people's struggle, and this, in my life, is the biggest lie. It is known that the origin of the system is corrupt, as these people usually come on the backs of tanks, or through fraud and deception through ballot boxes, and all of these are not permissible for Muslims religiously to adopt as systems of governance and managing their affairs.
Allah warns Muslims with a strong warning, saying to His Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him: ﴿AND BEWARE OF THEM, LEST THEY SEDUCE THEE FROM SOME OF THAT WHICH ALLAH HATH REVEALED UNTO THEE﴾, and many verses and hadiths indicate that.
So, what is the correct and righteous system of governance for all of humanity?
The system of governance in Islam is known as the Caliphate, due to the hadith of the Prophet ﷺ: "The Children of Israel were ruled by prophets, whenever a prophet died, another prophet succeeded him, and there will be no prophet after me, and there will be caliphs who will be many." They said: "What do you command us?" He said: "Fulfill the allegiance to the first one, then the first one, and give them their rights, for Allah will question them about what He has entrusted them with."
The Caliphate is not a republican, democratic, or hereditary monarchical system, or anything like that, but rather it is a system of governance in which Muslims pledge allegiance to a man from among them based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, to establish the laws of religion in one state for all Muslims.
O people of Sudan, the tried should not be tried again after its defects have been demonstrated. How much have you suffered from these systems and political entities? The time has come for us to establish our state and pledge allegiance to our Caliph, and among you is Hizb ut-Tahrir, which has devoted its youth and efforts to this great obligation, so support it as the Ansar, may Allah be pleased with them, supported the Prophet ﷺ, and in that is the great victory.
