And Allah is not unaware of what the wrongdoers do
Allah Almighty said: ﴿And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror].﴾.
We see that the state security services in Kyrgyzstan are arresting criminals who have committed various crimes, some of whom are accused of belonging to a criminal gang, while others are accused of bribery, murder and other similar charges. If they are indeed involved in such crimes, they are also considered criminals under Islamic law. But at the same time, we are witnessing that there are detainees who have not committed any criminal act, but they have been arrested simply for calling to the religion of God and saying "Our Lord is God"! They are also being arrested brutally like real criminals, and they are being thrown into prisons where they are subjected to severe beatings and other "modern" means of torture. These are members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, and the oppressors are government officials and their security services.
The forces of the Kafir colonial West, which rule the world now, have fabricated narratives such as "terrorism" and "extremism" to fight Islam. As for the Muslim countries, the client Muslim rulers have issued laws to combat terrorism and extremism in order to please their Kafir masters. As a result, those who call to the religion of God outside the "framework" set by the secular democratic countries have become "criminals" who are described as terrorists and extremists.
In fact, the struggle of the tyrant against the religion of God has been going on since ancient times. One of the most prominent examples of this is the story of Pharaoh as mentioned in the Holy Quran. Pharaoh was arrogant with his power and his arrogance reached the point of claiming divinity, ﴿He gathered [his people] and called out * And said, "I am your most exalted lord."﴾.
The leaders of the Kafir countries today are no different from Pharaoh. In the time of Pharaoh, the sorcerers saw the miracle of Moses, peace be upon him, and believed in him, so Pharaoh said to them: ﴿You believed in him before I gave you permission.﴾.
The leaders of Kufr today teach people to believe in what suits their desires, and they say: "Anyone can believe in any religion they choose. Whoever wants to worship fire or idols or God alone can do so, provided that it is in accordance with freedom of belief and within the framework of democratic laws, and that the practice of religious rituals and adherence to the teachings of religion are compatible with the principles of democracy." God Almighty said: ﴿Pharaoh said, "I do not show you except what I see, and I do not guide you except to the way of right."﴾.
Pharaoh threatened the sorcerers with punishments because of their disobedience to his orders, and promised them death and crucifixion after torture, saying: ﴿I will surely cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will crucify you on the trunks of palm trees, and you will surely know which of us is more severe in punishment and more enduring.﴾. Pharaoh killed the sorcerers as he said, but they remained steadfast in their faith until they met God Almighty as martyrs, and Pharaoh's threat did not deter them from following the truth and steadfastness upon it. Thus, the torment of Pharaoh weakened against the faith of the believers, and Pharaoh remained helpless in the face of truth and faith.
God is testing the tyrants today, such as Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, with their power and the greatness of their authority, as he tested Pharaoh in history. Therefore, their arrogance is no less than the arrogance of Pharaoh, and their torment will be the same. But Islam eliminates their arrogance and pride, because it came to eliminate the corruption of people like these, and to save humanity from the injustice of people like them.
This is the case of the great tyrants in the West. But what are our rulers trying to achieve by fighting Islam, when they do not possess what the great tyrants possessed? Why do they sell their religion for the sake of the world of their Kafir masters? Are they betraying their religion for those trivial authorities that their masters ridicule, saying: "They will disappear with one blow"?!
Yes, there is a natural motive for people to strive for control, and this motive is part of the instinct related to survival, and if the instincts are not restricted by the commands and prohibitions of God Almighty, they lead to misguidance. We often hear government officials claiming that they serve the people, while in reality, they use them to reach and maintain power. Any simple assistance provided to the people out of human nature is not considered a service at the state level. The things that seem like progress at the state level are only a service provided to strengthen the government.
O officials, yes, you did not come to power with the intention of implementing the provisions of Islam, but think about it, there have been pharaohs and emperors in history... And they ruled for only a few years, but their torment in hell will be eternal... And your rule will never be like their rule, but beware that your torment is like their torment.
You have arrested and tortured Muslims. Let's assume that you have sometimes removed some of them from their positions, what will you achieve by doing this? Do you think that you will please your Kafir masters? Do you not take a lesson from the fate of your colleagues such as Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi and Bashar al-Assad? Do you think that you are pleasing the majority of the people? Akayev, Bakiyev and others also thought that they could please that majority... Society was raised on capitalism, and unless the Kafirs benefit from you regularly, they will never be satisfied with you!
In addition, you will not be able to remove all the callers from their positions. Believers who are steadfast in their faith and positions will always remain until the Day of Resurrection, even if their numbers differ according to the time. If the last of them dies, the Hour will come. But in this era, when Islam returns and the footsteps of the Islamic State are heard - as God Almighty promised and the Messenger of God ﷺ gave glad tidings - if one retreats from his position, thousands swear not to retreat from their positions, and if one is martyred, thousands follow him waiting for martyrdom. You have seen this in the models of martyrs that Hizb ut-Tahrir has presented so far.
How long will you continue to adhere to the laws that you have adopted in fighting Islam for the benefit of your Kafir masters? Yesterday you declared the Taliban "terrorists", according to your masters. Today you recognize the Taliban government, also according to your masters. Can't you do that of your own free will? Don't you also have the freedom to stop arresting young people who enjoin good and forbid evil?!
O government officials, we would like to remind you of the following as our Muslim brothers. God Almighty said: ﴿So woe to those who have wronged from a painful Day.﴾, and the Messenger of God ﷺ said in the Qudsi Hadith: «O My servants, I have forbidden injustice to Myself and have made it forbidden among you, so do not oppress one another». And he ﷺ also said: «Beware of injustice, for injustice will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection». Therefore, O government officials and security men, repent to God from your injustice to the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir. God Almighty said: ﴿Except for one who does wrong, then substitutes good after evil; indeed, I am Forgiving and Merciful.﴾.
Now, our message to the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, who are witnessing this injustice, and who are part of the Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ: O Muslims, if you do not hold the government accountable for its injustice, its arrogance, injustice and tyranny will increase. In the end, its injustice and tyranny will enter the home of each one of you.
In the story of Pharaoh mentioned above, there is a lesson for you as well as for government officials. God Almighty said: ﴿So when they angered Us, We took retribution from them and drowned them all. * And We made them a precedent and an example for the later ones.﴾. And He Almighty said: ﴿And fear a trial which will not strike those who wrong among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in penalty.﴾. And the Messenger of God ﷺ said: «God does not punish the common people for the deeds of the elite, until they see the evil among them and they are able to denounce it but they do not denounce it, and if they do that, God will punish the elite and the common people».
For this reason, O Muslims in Kyrgyzstan, O sons of the best nation brought forth to mankind, we call upon you to stand against the injustice of the oppressors, to stop their injustice with your hands, and to hold them accountable for their injustice. Otherwise, we have warned you of the wrath of God and God is a witness to that.
We would like to address our following words to the real heroes of our time. O carriers of the call to Islam! You were people who received an atheist upbringing, but you joined the ranks of the believers because of the use of your minds, and you became sincere and loyal Muslims who learned Islam with its idea and method and followed this path, unlike the Muslims who were not able to fully understand Islam. You knew that your goal is the pleasure of God, as you realized that His pleasure is not achieved except by implementing His Sharia. You have become undoubtedly certain that the Islamic Sharia is not fully implemented except in the Islamic State, as you have realized well that achieving the pleasure of God in our time is only by working to establish the Caliphate State, which is the crown of obligations. God Almighty has promised us victory in this world and Paradise in the Hereafter. Sacrificing oneself on this path is rewarded with the rank of martyrdom. If you hold on to your faith, you will find yourselves waiting for martyrdom. If you put your goal before your eyes, you will find yourselves patient, comfortable and reassured.
God Almighty said: ﴿And We had already tried those before them, and Allah will surely know those who are truthful, and He will surely know the liars.﴾. And He Almighty said: ﴿And of the people is he who worships Allah on an edge. If he is touched by good, he is reassured by it; but if he is struck by trial, he turns on his face [to the other way]. He has lost [this] world and the Hereafter. That is what is the manifest loss.﴾. And He said: ﴿And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient, * Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return."﴾. And He said: ﴿Unquestionably, [for] the allies of Allah there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve * Those who believed and were fearing Allah * For them are good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter. No change is there in the words of Allah. That is what is the great attainment.﴾. And He said: ﴿Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand - * The Day their excuse will not benefit the wrongdoers, and they will have the curse, and they will have the worst home.﴾.
