Azerbaijan Visit: A Step Towards Pushing for Normalization with the Jewish Entity

A diplomatic source in Damascus stated on Saturday that a direct meeting will bring together a Syrian official and an (Israeli) official in Baku on the sidelines of a visit by Syrian President Ahmed al-Shara to Azerbaijan, according to Agence France-Presse.

The source familiar with the talks, preferring to remain anonymous, said: "There will be a meeting between a Syrian official and an (Israeli) official on the sidelines of al-Shara's visit to Baku," noting that al-Shara will not participate in it.

He mentioned that the talks will focus on "the new (Israeli) military presence in Syria," referring to areas where the Jewish entity's forces have infiltrated in southern Syria after the fall of Bashar al-Assad's rule more than 7 months ago.

While Damascus has not officially announced direct talks, the Syrian authorities have acknowledged since coming to power in December that indirect negotiations with the Jewish entity have taken place, saying that their goal is to contain the escalation, after the Jewish entity launched hundreds of raids on the Syrian military arsenal.

Many increasing indicators point to steps being taken to push for the option of normalization between the transitional administration and the Jewish entity. Hidden agendas behind the visits intersect at a central goal: legitimizing the existence of the occupying Jewish entity as a state, in addition to directing a vile blow to our people in the blessed land in general and in Gaza in particular, who were longing for the people of the Levant to support them after God honored them by overthrowing the tyrant Bashar's regime. Added to all of that is the subjugation of what remains of the nation's will, which looked with admiration at the revolution and its slogans, and today sees that what is happening is far removed from its aspirations, slogans, and constants.

Normalization with the Jewish entity is a breaking of the nation's will and a fatal blow to it.

It has become known to everyone with sight and insight that normalization is not a "political necessity" or a "tactical step," but rather a decline beyond which there is no decline and a fall like no other fall, which brings humiliation in this world and clear loss in the hereafter. Before all of that, it is a betrayal of God, His Messenger, the blood of the martyrs, and the sacrifices of the sincere. It is a reversal of the nation's constants and an effort to tame it in a way that aligns with the "Abraham Accords," and to transform the conflict with the Jews from a conflict of existence to a dispute over regions and borders.

Let those who are walking towards this dangerous slope and deep abyss know that during the years of the revolution, while we were confronting the killing and criminal machine that spared no human being or stone, the Jewish entity played a pivotal role through security and intelligence support for the defunct regime, especially after the henchmen of the defunct regime revealed the relationship that bound them to the Jews.

So, should the response to all of this be reconciliation and normalization, or should we hasten to respond to the command of our Lord and support our brothers in Gaza?

We warn against the danger of what is happening and call on the people of the Levant revolution, who have offered convoys of martyrs, detainees, and displaced people, and have written epics of heroism, patience, and sacrifice, not to remain silent about being dragged into the swamps of normalization that the criminal defunct regime did not dare to announce for decades.

Normalization is betrayal, it is a dangerous trap, and it is a mark of shame on the forehead of whoever follows its path, promotes it, or remains silent about it. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the people of the Levant revolution in particular and the people of the nation in general today to say their word, declaring their adherence to the constants of their religion, which have outlined for them how the relationship should be with those who usurp part of the Muslim lands and kill its people. It is the duty of everyone to say their word and confront with all firmness and strength the projects of liquidation and normalization, for silence in the face of this great danger is a major crime.

We are certain that the end of the Jewish entity is near, God willing, and that will only be at the hands of a righteous, sincere leader and truthful soldiers who seek the pleasure of God Almighty and establish His rule on earth, and that will only be under the banner of the second righteous Caliphate state. Until God permits this matter, know that life is about positions, and whoever does not stand today in the face of normalization, history will write on him a betrayal that the days will not erase.
