مقدمة / Introduction
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Prophethood will remain among you as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be a Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be biting monarchy, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be an oppressive monarchy, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be a Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood." Then he was silent. Narrated by Ahmad. By the permission of Allah, the Ummah is on the verge of the era of the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, the signs of which have become apparent, and its glad tidings have risen, after life has returned to the Ummah, and it has begun to boil like water in a cauldron, which is what the leaders of the West have observed and realized very well. In an interview with David Kilcullen, advisor to the commander of the US Central Command in March 2009, he said, "Pakistan has 173 million people and more than 100 nuclear warheads, and its army is larger than the American army... and we are now on the verge of extremists taking over this country, and that would dwarf our achievements in the war on terror." In an article published in the New Yorker magazine on November 16, 2009, it stated, "The main fear is of extremists within the Pakistani army who aspire to carry out a coup in it," and a senior official in the Obama administration said that Hizb ut-Tahrir is the one seeking to do that in order to establish the Caliphate.Table of Contents

خاتمة / Conclusion
4- Politics: Raising the level of Karachi in proportion to its capabilities • Implementing Islam completely, which is agreed upon by all Muslims, will bring harmony among the people and will work to the prosperity of Karachi, and will free them from competition based on ethnicity and protect them from neglect. The Caliphate will take care of the affairs of all people, throughout the country, without discrimination on the basis of gender, ethnic, religious, or sectarian affiliation. • Political parties will be allowed as long as they adhere to Islam, thus there is no sowing of the seeds of tension on an ethnic basis. Party members are not allowed to communicate with foreign diplomats, and the diplomatic missions of countries that are actually at war will be closed.
