O Muslims, No one doubts that you have reached the lowest point in spiritual decline, material backwardness, intellectual regression, and political degradation. No one doubts that Islamic relations in your society have been completely destroyed and replaced by capitalist relations, that is, relations of systems of disbelief. And no one disputes that the bonds of Islamic brotherhood between Muslim peoples have been severed and replaced by the bonds of nationalism, that is, the bonds of tribal fanaticism, and that this Islamic brotherhood is on its way to cutting off its bonds in the same country, let alone the same people, to be replaced by the bonds of land called patriotism. Nothing remains in your hands of the ideas of Islam except the rules of worship, and of Islamic feelings except priestly feelings. All of this has become as clear to you as the sun, and you realize it as much as others from other nations do. But what you do not realize and your enemy does realize is the danger of extinction that this ancient Islamic nation is facing, an extinction in which its distinctive features are erased, its special virtues are destroyed as a result, its good psychology is eliminated as a result, its enlightened mentality is diverted because of it, and its Islamic personality melts away, especially since the Muslims whose loyalty to Islam rises above all loyalty have decreased in number in the nation, and the believers who put God, His Messenger, and striving in His path at the top of the scale of values have become rarer than red sulfur, and the feeling of bitterness of the Muslims' defeat before the disbelievers has died and is no longer felt except by the few who do not affect the course of life.خاتمة / Conclusion
In this call, there is insight: 1- The Western disbelievers, in light of their inventions and discoveries, launched a sweeping intellectual invasion of the Muslims, raising doubts about the ideas on which the Islamic state was based in order to destroy it, because they realize that the way to destroy principled states is to shake the confidence of politicians and thinkers in them in the concepts, standards, and convictions that form the entity of the state. Therefore, they were able to destroy the Islamic state as a subject before they began to destroy it in form. 2- By removing the Caliphate system and the infatuation of Muslim politicians and thinkers with Western ideas and legislation, the Western disbelievers became the absolute rulers of the lands of Islam, so they applied the systems of disbelief to the Muslims, in addition to raising their doubts about the ideas and rulings of Islam, and shaking their confidence in the concepts, standards, and convictions on which their nation is based, so they weakened the bond that unites the Muslims, and led the Islamic nation on the path of extinction. 3- The continued control of the disbelievers over the Muslims and the concentration of systems of disbelief in their relations for a period of nearly two generations has instilled despair in the hearts of the Muslims of restoring the ideas and rulings of Islam to life, and instilled despair in them of returning to being one state and one nation, and thus the Islamic nation has reached the edge of the abyss of extinction, and it is feared that it will be wiped out. 4- The way to save the Islamic nation from extinction is to restore its confidence in the ideas and rulings of Islam, and to instill Islamic vitality in its souls with this confidence. Therefore, it is not permissible for a Muslim to sit idly by from working to restore this confidence, and it is not permissible for him to fail to engage in political struggle and ideological struggle in its path. 5- The Islamic Caliphate is what unites the word of the Muslims under its banner, protects the egg of Islam with its authority, and enables the Muslims to carry their call to the world, and makes them an international force that influences the international situation and the destinies of nations, and God has imposed it on all Muslims. Therefore, every Muslim must strive to establish it by carrying the Islamic call in the political path, because its establishment alone is what saves the nation from extinction and makes it the best nation brought forth for mankind.
