Stay Away from the Sincere Preachers
News:
On April 3, 2025, a man was kidnapped from the Kals-Ordo suburb near Bishkek. He was kidnapped by unknown persons, with his hands and feet tied, and his mouth taped shut. The kidnapped man is Galgashiyev Amankul Romanovich. He was later found in pre-trial detention center No. 21, and it became clear that his kidnappers were employees of the Department of Internal Affairs in the Pervomaisky district.
Moreover, the employee in the investigation department of the same department, Asanbayev Adilet, abused his position and colluded with employees of pre-trial detention center No. 21 to cover up his illegal crimes. On July 1, 2025, they tortured Galgashiyev Amankul, where they beat and assaulted him to force him to confess to acts he did not commit, and threatened him by saying: "We will make you rot in prison for life." The National Center against Torture has officially proven these practices.
Comment:
Kapilbai Kyzy Shirin, the wife of Galgashiyev Amankul, has filed complaints seeking justice to the head of state, the head of the cabinet, the president of the Supreme Court, the Attorney General, the Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, the National Center against Torture, the Prosecutor General of Bishkek, and some competent deputies. However, her husband still suffers today from the injustice and oppression of the oppressors.
Because Kyrgyzstan is a secular state, righteous Muslims have been falsely accused under the name of "extremism"! Because of this, sincere preachers there have continued to suffer from this fabricated charge, and Galgashiyev Amankul was one of them; he is not corrupt, nor is he one of the black gangs, and in short, he is not a criminal at all, but all his sin is that he said my Lord is God, that is, he believed in God and calls for living according to God's law.
Unfortunately, at a time when conditions are being created in Kyrgyzstan for the spread of uninterrupted forbidden acts such as usury, monopoly, gambling, and others, obligatory acts such as teaching Islam, forbidding evil, and enjoining good are considered a crime! Abu Hurairah (may God be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of God (ﷺ) said: "There will come upon people deceptive years, in which the liar will be believed, the truthful one will be disbelieved, the traitor will be trusted, and the trustworthy one will be accused of treason, and the insignificant one will speak out. It was said: And who is the insignificant one? He said: The insignificant man in the affairs of the public."
Even though the Constitution of Kyrgyzstan describes the state as secular, and the authority claims that it applies democracy and protects human rights, this incident clearly reveals that state employees have violated the constitution and written laws, and violated human rights. What law allows a person to be kidnapped from his home and tortured?! The Messenger of God (ﷺ) said: "There are two types of the people of Hell whom I have not seen: people with whips like the tails of cattle, with which they beat the people..."
If the employees of the agencies have done these actions for their personal interests, then they are harming the reputation of the authority and selling their religion for their worldly gain. But if it is a state policy, and they do it to ingratiate themselves with the government, then they have sold their religion for the worldly gain of others. He (ﷺ) said: "The worst of you is the one who sells his religion for his worldly gain, and worse than him is the one who sells his religion for the worldly gain of others."
The continuation of injustice against the victim despite his complaints to all concerned parties is clear evidence of this betrayal. Muslim narrated from our beloved Muhammad (ﷺ) that he said: "For every betrayer there will be a banner on the Day of Resurrection, raised for him according to his betrayal. And there is no betrayer greater in betrayal than the leader of the general public."
Such injustices invalidate the authority's claims that it cares for the people, and cause it to lose people's trust. Every authority is based on the support of the people, and support is only through trust. Whoever loses the trust of an individual today will inevitably lose the trust of the majority tomorrow. The authority is like the ornaments of the world: it exists today, and tomorrow it will disappear. God Almighty said: ﴿And these days We alternate among the people﴾.
Therefore, O people of authority, we remind you of the saying of God Almighty: ﴿And do not sit on every path, threatening and averting from the way of Allah those who believe in Him and seeking to make it [seem] deviant﴾, and His saying: ﴿And when you judge between people, judge with justice﴾.
