The International Coalition... An Alliance of Blood Between Promises of Peace and the Reality of Massacres!
News:
Multiple press sources have confirmed that Syrian President Ahmed al-Share will visit the American capital, Washington, in November, at the official invitation of US President Donald Trump, in a visit described as historic, being the first for a Syrian president to the United States since independence in 1946.
The sources clarified that the US Ambassador to Turkey and Special Envoy to Syria, Thomas Barack, confirmed the validity of the visit to a group of journalists, noting that Ahmed al-Share will meet with President Trump to sign an agreement for Syria to join the international coalition to fight the Islamic State organization, and discuss subsequent steps related to the Syrian security file and US sanctions.
This confirmation came hours after Barack's speech at the "Manama Dialogue 2025", in which he presented the features of the new American policy in the Levant, where he presented a vision that American media described as "a declaration of a strategic shift" in Washington's approach towards the region.
Comment:
We will not talk here about Trump's talk about political boldness in making decisions, as he does not face its consequences as others do, and we will not repeat the narrative of the contradictory American policies in Syria, from the time of Robert Ford to today.
Washington was raising the slogan of reforming the regime while protecting its head, and confirming that it was not seeking to change it, but to refine it! This contradiction is not from the writer, but it is the essence of the bold American policy that combines the statement and its opposite in one moment.
What proves this is the amount of contradictions that are repeated in the statements of American envoys, from Thomas Barack and others, as it is enough to follow their statements for one to realize that what we write is not an exaggeration, but rather an accurate description of a volatile policy that knows no stability.
Speaking of the international coalition, it is no secret to the follower that the declared goal of "fighting the Islamic State" was nothing but a cover for military operations that resulted in the deaths of thousands of civilians and the commission of numerous massacres in various Syrian regions. These events were documented by several reports and testimonies from human rights organizations and local and international media, and the pictures and official data showed the significant difference between the declared goals and the reality of the results.
"In less than 24 hours, 3,000 Muslims were killed at the hands of the international coalition forces and the Syrian Democratic Forces. Shocking images and charred bodies stacked on top of each other, and the Kurdish militias prevent communications, journalists and the media from covering the massacre. The charred bodies of women, the elderly, and children in the streets after an epic that made stones cry before humans. The nation is in a coma, and most of the media are covering up the massacre. More than 650 women, 920 children, and 1,400 men were displaced, besieged, then killed and burned with phosphorus bombs and internationally prohibited weapons. The West committed one of the most heinous crimes in history under the pretext of combating terrorism. If this massacre is not terrorism itself, then what is terrorism?" (Al Jazeera Net, 03/25/2019)
Other reports also showed:
On July 19, 2016, coalition forces committed a massacre in the village of al-Toukhar in the countryside of Aleppo, killing 106 civilians, including 68 children and 29 women, as a result of air strikes.
In 2017, a US-backed offensive to expel the Islamic State from the city of Raqqa killed more than 1,600 civilians, according to an Amnesty International report, a figure ten times higher than the officially announced number.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights documents the killing of more than 550 civilians since the end of last year until the end of this year at the hands of the international coalition, most of them in civilian areas without military targets.
These numbers are part of a long record of massacres that have affected thousands of civilians, including women and children, which makes the international coalition a true alliance of blood, far from the slogans of fighting terrorism, and clearly demonstrating the contradiction between promises and the reality of massacres.
These are some of the international coalition's massacres in Syria, in which thousands of civilians died. A deep wound that cannot be overlooked, and cannot be justified under any circumstances. After the coalition was described as seeking to fight the Islamic State, we find that its most important goal was to keep the criminal regime in power, target the mujahideen factions, and replace them with factions colluding with it, and those cooperating with the coalition were described as agents, according to what was mentioned in your previous statements, gentlemen.
Where are we headed after all these events? Countries are fighting for a sip of water or a gas well, and wars are waged to demarcate borders, so what is our position after all these massacres and rivers of blood?
Has the compass been lost? Following these policies may end in ruin and disgrace in this world and severe torment in the hereafter, and you know that, we remind you in the hope that you will remember and return.
