To every Muslim who cares about the affairs of Muslims, to everyone who cares about Islam being mighty, to all Muslim youth longing to see the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood and has returned to existence acting and moving, to everyone who sleeps worried because the Ummah is living a humiliating life among nations due to the absence of its Deen and its State from the arena of life, to everyone who cares about living their life as Islam wants, to everyone who finds themselves confused in this world amidst the crashing waves of tribulations upon our people and lands and does not know what to do, to everyone who is tired of seeing this type of ruler who is treacherous to Allah, His Messenger, and their Ummah, after seeing their tears shed for the dead of the Jews while their hands are stained with the blood of Muslims that they have shed and continue to shed in various Muslim lands, we send an urgent cable.
And the cable is even more urgent to all those working to re-establish the rule by what Allah has revealed and to build the Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood in various parts of the Islamic world and the world as a whole, for we are now in the last of the deceiving years and on the threshold of a Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, by the permission of Allah.
In the recent past, after many of the world's rulers and leaders flocked and clearly stood by the criminals and their supporters, joined by Muslim rulers, both Arab and non-Arab, who belittled the Islamic Ummah and its capabilities, and disregarded it in an unprecedented manner that brings us glad tidings and a clear indication, they danced in the squares of Paris the dance of the inevitably slaughtered, before a lion they saw rising in its den here in our lands, stirring, its eyes flashing sparks from the intensity of the hunger that befell it during its sleep, hunger for glory, sovereignty, and leadership, hunger for the same food it has always fed on and fed its family, hunger to be the master of the deserts, seas, and beyond, so these cowards gathered their fear, and their cries rose - and this is the state of the fearful - then the next day they killed our sisters, the pregnant Muslim women, and their voices rose with insults against our Prophet and disparaging him, then what? These are their heroics, so what is left for this West to do of misery for humanity, mankind, and Muslims that it has not done? What courage is this, you cowards? Instead of marching in your squares under the protection of your armies, and instead of killing defenseless pregnant Muslim women in your streets, and instead of cursing and reviling, why don't you send your armies towards us if you have a vendetta with us?! We know that you are too cowardly to even think about that after the lion of the Islamic Ummah stirred. O West, how strange are your ways! We know that you are staggering, your civilization is dying, your modernity is eroding, and its luster does not help you. Your democracy and freedom are turning against you in the face of your evil deeds. You will soon devour yourselves before the lion emerges from its den to examine which of you to begin with...
Yes, we have reached a crucial moment in the life of nations, and our Ummah has become fully aware, knowing who is with its Islam and who is an enemy of its Islam. The blood of our Ummah is boiling in its veins, and it will explode as a revolution against this world that dominates the peoples of the earth, to establish the entity that brings happiness to all mankind, in fulfillment of the promise of our beloved Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: «ثم تكون خلافةً على منهاج النبوة».
Today, the scene of the bankruptcy of this West and its henchmen is complete, so they persist in shedding our blood in our Sham and our Yemen, as if they are bidding farewell to our country and our people with all the evil and crime they possess, after they have realized that there is no place for them in our country after today, and that our Islam has begun to take the reins of affairs. And in our Kinana "beloved Egypt," the height of their despair, helplessness, and defeat is manifested before a people who subdued them with their silence before their movement, so they found no way to express their despair and bankruptcy except in burning Islamic schoolbooks in a scene that is the epitome of defeat. And in the same square where the people of Kinana revolted against their oppression and tyranny and overthrew their Pharaoh, in a scene of utter helplessness, triviality, and defeat, they want to mobilize women to declare a revolution against the hijab of the Muslim woman who has subdued them with her morals and modesty, so watch how they will be a laughingstock at the hands of the free women of the land of Kinana.
Despite all of this, here is the banner of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, the banner of the punishment (al-Uqab), circling the world, we raise it with all pride, honor, and dignity, challenging the whole world that the coming days are for the banner of the best of mankind, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, in the Islamic Khilafah.
So, to everyone interested in the subject of our cable, here is its content:
•\tDo not sit on a couch watching the honor of Muslims being violated, and Muslims being killed, and sleeping on the snow and covered with fog and regretting on them, for Allah will ask you about all of that.
•\tDo not rely on the fact that the responsibility does not fall on you because you are helpless and do not know what to do, and your time goes by with regrets and wishes that do not nourish or avail against hunger.
•\tAnd do not rely on the fact that the responsibility falls only on the rulers, officials, and armies to save the Ummah from its humiliation and degradation, for your Messenger Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, did not have an army when he began his Da'wah in Mecca to change the reality of the people with it, so you are the one meant, yes, you are the one meant before anyone else if you have understood the message of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and what Allah intended from sending him and his message, so what is required of you is to move as our noble Messenger moved to change this reality to become an Islamic reality.
•\tDo not sit wailing after the world has been divided before your eyes into two teams; a team with Allah, His Deen, and His Messenger, and a team against Allah, His Deen, and His Messenger, so with whom do you like to be? And remember that the Fire is surrounded by desires and that Paradise is surrounded by hardships, and that everything has a price, so this is a clear call from us to you to quickly join the ranks of those working for Allah and His Deen and on the method of His Messenger, and do not miss the caravan.
•\tAnd to everyone who cares about the affairs of Muslims, I say it is a disgrace for us to remain in this state, wailing and crying while we are in our beds, so we must move towards Allah and His Deen to protect our Deen, our Aqeedah, our Ummah, and our country.
•\tAnd to everyone who loves to see Islam mighty, I say that the might of Islam can only be achieved by the movement of its men to defend it, protect it, and have sincerity in that, so that Allah's victory may be achieved for us.
•\tAnd to all the zealous Muslim youth whose blood is burning in their veins from the intensity of what they see of the enemies' enmity towards their Islam and their Prophet, I say: You are the youth, you are the knights, you are the hope and aspiration of your Ummah, and here is your Islam calling you to support it, so that you may win the glory of this world and the bliss of the Hereafter, so hasten to work, O zealous ones, for nations are only built by their men, so be the men to restore your Ummah to its former glory as the best nation brought forth for mankind.
•\tAnd we here in Hizb ut-Tahrir, as we lead the campaign #نعم_لراية_رسول_الله_لا_لأعلام_الاستعمار we must not miss the opportunity to call you to quickly join our ranks to work together to return Islam to the reality of life, for we have prepared for you the intellectual and practical project for the renaissance of our Ummah in the manner of our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. O Allah, we have conveyed, O Allah, bear witness, O Allah, bear witness.
