Al-Shara' and Petraeus Meeting Reveals the Truth of Their Relationship
The News:
Syrian President Ahmed al-Shara' met with General David Petraeus, former commander of US forces in Iraq and former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, in a session during Concordia University's annual conference on security and democracy, on Monday, September 22 in New York, on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly. Comment:
The meeting was full of surprises, as it was a friendly and cheerful meeting, and they started with peace as Petraeus greeted Al-Shara cheerfully, saying to him in Arabic: "Peace be upon you, Mr. President," and added to that by welcoming him in Arabic: "We are honored, Mr. President." For those who do not know, Petraeus was the commander of the American forces in Iraq when al-Jolani was detained by the Americans there, after Petraeus allocated $10 million to provide information about his whereabouts. After the arrest, al-Jolani spent years in prison and was not released until Petraeus left Iraq. Petraeus was also famous for supervising an American detention system that produced "Islamic extremists" who later fought resistance efforts, and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi of ISIS was one of them. As for al-Jolani, he was held in Camp Bucca between 2006 and 2011, and was released to cross the border into Syria when the Bashar al-Assad regime was on the verge of collapse!
But the surprise lies in the exchange of smiles, laughter and greetings between a jailer general and a wanted militant, with Petraeus expressing his admiration for al-Shara' and describing him as a brilliant president! Or was the hostility between them only apparent, while the truth lies in the fact that Al-Shara' was undergoing a preparation course to infiltrate the resistance movement in Iraq and then the Syrian revolution.
To emphasize America's role assigned to al-Shara', Ahmed al-Shara' revealed when he spoke about Syria's relationship with the occupying state that occupies the blessed land of Palestine, kills and abuses its people, and continues its incursions into Syrian territories, the most important of which are the Golan and Mount Hermon, and its bombing that did not stop until the meeting was held, he revealed that Syria differs from the countries that signed the Abraham Accords, because it has been subjected to more than a thousand raids by Jews. However, he affirmed that reaching a security settlement is possible, and does not rule out full normalization with the Jewish entity! Would Bashar al-Assad have dared to conclude such an agreement with the nation's archenemy? Or does his stale joke that he told Petraeus, where he said: "The mission in Syria is more difficult than your mission in Iraq," reflect that?!
Ahmed al-Shara's joining the club of Ruwaibidah rulers of Muslims has become clear and obvious, as he has completed submitting his credentials as a good American agent, capable of carrying out what America's agents in the region carry out with skill, without shame or fear. He is the former "Mujahid" who thinks that his sins are forgiven, even if it means neglecting the blood of more than a million martyrs who died in the blessed Syrian revolution, not to bring the likes of him to power to neglect the blood of the martyrs and normalize relations with the occupying entity, but to pledge allegiance to the Caliph who rules the Levant according to what God has revealed, and he will not rest easy, nor will he smile, until he liberates the blessed land of Palestine and the third of the Two Holy Mosques.
Therefore, the duty of the people of the Levant to continue their blessed revolution has become more urgent and obligatory than it was during the time of the fugitive Bashar, until they overthrow this agent before he takes control of their necks and resumes killing and abusing them as his predecessor Bashar used to do. So do not be slow in the work that leads to the achievement of true liberation represented in the establishment of the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, by giving the people of power and strength in the blessed Syrian revolution the support for Hizb ut-Tahrir ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah comes in between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.﴾.
