Comment:
The recent killing of about twenty people in the Tirah Valley has not only shocked people, but has also prompted them to question the truth of the matter. Amidst the confusion of Muslims around the world regarding the silence of their leadership regarding the ongoing genocide in Gaza, witnessing such incidents will ignite the fire of anger against the rulers in their hearts. The incident was mostly witnessed and recorded by local residents, who want to prevent a repeat of the mass displacement of civilians, a painful experience that is still etched in their collective memory. The local environment is full of stories of the past when the Pashtuns took revenge on British colonialism, which gave them a heroic status as guardians of the land and Islamic law. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, which is in the opposition, claimed that "mortar shells and bombs" were dropped on the local population. The opinions of local residents, political leaders, and tribal elders are based on suspicion and fear due to previous operations, which resulted in civilian casualties and displacement. To avoid this type of harm, the region's elders made an effort to hold an unsuccessful Jirga council with the armed leadership, in which they demanded the implementation of Islamic law in the region extending from Waziristan to Bajaur. This is a display of all the elements that seek to rule this region; the government, the opposition, and the army. These three parties have betrayed the people once again, and therefore betrayed God and His Messenger ﷺ. ﴿And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him﴾.
In Islamic history, there are examples of violating the sanctity of Muslim blood. However, history also records times when Muslim leaders rose up to defend their nation and avenge its suffering; such as Saladin al-Ayyubi, who saved it from the Crusaders, and Qutuz, who defeated the Mongols. But history also warns us that whenever Muslims point their swords at each other, it leaves deeper wounds and echoes of division that reverberate through the generations.
Islam is a clear religion, and it has clear rules in fighting. Abu Musa, may God be pleased with him, said: A Bedouin said to the Prophet ﷺ: A man fights for spoils, a man fights to be mentioned, and he fights to show his place, who is in the path of God? And in another version: He fights out of zeal and he fights out of courage, and in another version: And he fights out of anger, so who is in the path of God? The Messenger of God ﷺ answered: «He who fights so that the word of God is supreme is in the path of God» (Bukhari and Muslim)
Pakistan, thanks to its military capabilities, can become a force for the Islamic nation. The fighters of the tribal areas can become the army of the nation. But instead, its treacherous leadership continues to interact with dignitaries and officials of the enemy, revealing our secrets, wasting our resources, and supporting Western military and economic intervention in our country. It is in the interest of the Western world and its slaves to silence the voice calling for Sharia. The Pakistani security forces must clarify the reason for Operation Sarbakaf, which was launched on July 29, 2025, against militants from the Pakistani Taliban and the Islamic State in Khorasan in the Bajaur region. These groups must also understand that the state is implementing Islamic law under the leadership of a just ruler, who has the ability not only to declare it, but to implement, protect and spread it. If these tribal militants, as they claimed, become a nuisance to the state, it will deal with them in accordance with the rule of God Almighty, and will be able to make them an example because of their betrayal. The reason for the government's silence is that it does not know that any narrative it invents will satisfy the people. It is the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood that will implement Islamic law again, and will ensure that it reaches every searching heart in its purest form. Muslims, in the tribal and central regions, must work to establish the Caliphate, because it is the only true identity of this world, which will help them win the Hereafter.
﴿O David, indeed We have made you a successor upon the earth, so judge between the people in truth and do not follow [your] inclination, for it will mislead you from the way of Allah. Indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment for what they forgot [the day of] account﴾
