The Italian Prime Minister's Position is the True Position of All Western Countries
The News:
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said on Tuesday, September 23, that Rome could recognize a Palestinian state on the condition that all Jewish prisoners are released and Hamas is excluded from any role in the government. "I am not against the recognition of Palestine, but we must set the right priorities for ourselves," Meloni told reporters. Speaking from New York, she added that international pressure should be on Hamas, not on the Jewish entity, because it started the war and is obstructing its end by refusing to hand over the prisoners. (Reuters, slightly edited)
Analysts have attributed Meloni's position, in refusing to follow the example of other G7 countries such as Britain, Canada, and France in recognizing a Palestinian state, to the fact that she leads a right-wing government that is one of the strongest allies of the Jewish entity in the European Union.
Comment:
What the Italian Prime Minister said expresses the position of all European and Western countries, whether those that have recognized the Palestinian state or those that still refuse to do so. The attempt to promote the idea globally that there are countries in the West that have a strong alliance with the Jewish entity and countries whose alliance is less strong, or that there are governments sympathetic to the people of Palestine and others less sympathetic, is nothing but a deception that is easy for any discerning person to discover.
Britain, which announced recognition, made it subject to conditions that do not differ from what the Italian Prime Minister spoke about, and so did France, which announced that it would not open an embassy until corresponding conditions were met.
Thus, despite the different headline: recognition of the state or non-recognition, these Western governments all stand heart and soul on the side of the Jewish entity. They are all not taking any action that could force it to stop the genocide in Gaza, or prevent it from swallowing the West Bank. They also hold the people of Gaza responsible for what happened and is happening under the pretext that they initiated a barbaric attack - according to their description - on October 7, 2023. They also stipulate the immediate release of all Jewish prisoners from Gaza without any condition or exchange. They all place on the people of Palestine all the necessary conditions for recognizing the legitimacy of the Jewish entity and its right to Palestine and maintaining its security from any disturbance in addition to any danger.
We have come to realize that what the Italian Prime Minister, classified as right-wing, says does not in reality differ from the fixed positions of all Western countries, and we realize that there is no real difference between the governments that worked to absorb the anger of their peoples, which was aroused by the support and funding of the West, which is pontificating about humanity, for a heinous genocidal crime, and the governments that are oblivious to the feelings of their peoples, and perhaps all those peoples have also become aware of this. This criminal West will not be able, regardless of its formal or real positions, to achieve its goal of maintaining the existence and safety of this cancerous entity, or protecting its colonial existence from the might of the Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ, and they will all disappear soon, and the Western governments will be at a loss, and their peoples will look on without regret.
