Comment:
The heads of state of the five Central Asian countries participated in an event chaired by US President Donald Trump. It is worth noting that the US President received the leaders of Central Asia at the White House for the first time in the C5+1 format. This gathering was held to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the launch of this format. Prior to the summit, the US Senate unanimously adopted a resolution recognizing the strategic importance of the C5+1 diplomatic platform and deepening the partnership between the United States and Central Asian countries. The US Senate resolution stated the following:
- Reaffirms the strategic importance of the C5+1 platform in promoting regional sovereignty, stability and common security interests with the United States;
- Expresses thanks for expanding cooperation in the field of energy and important minerals through the development of transport corridors;
- Records the continued commitment of Central Asian countries to coordinate their counter-terrorism measures within the C5+1 framework.
- Expresses hope for reducing strategic trade barriers, as well as promoting prosperity and friendship between the two sides.
This document defines the main directions of the United States in attracting Central Asian countries into its orbit, and this was also reflected in the C5+1 summit.
The discussions included the topic of searching for rare earth minerals necessary for high-tech devices such as smartphones, electric cars, and fighter jets, and the importance of diversifying the supply chain. According to the Uzbek Presidential Press Service, on November 6, Uzbekistan signed two agreements with America related to rare minerals. So far, no information has been disclosed about the terms and value of the two agreements. According to official information, Uzbekistan and America are working on developing the extraction and reprocessing of uranium, copper, tungsten, molybdenum and graphite. It is known that Mirziyoyev returned from America with eight serious agreements. For example, a new multi-billion dollar agreement was signed to purchase Boeing aircraft. So far, the terms of the agreement are not fully known. According to the White House, on November 6, Kazakhstan signed to purchase 15 aircraft, Tajikistan 14 aircraft, and Uzbekistan 8 aircraft, bringing the total number of aircraft purchased by the three countries to 37 Boeing aircraft. In short, this summit was full of dubious agreements and deals, which primarily serve American interests.
It is also worth noting that the document submitted by the US Senate did not include issues of democratic values and human rights. This means that America has abandoned the intellectual values that it used to protect and export in exchange for its national interests. But this is not surprising; during the events in Gaza, America itself buried Western values, such as freedom of expression and human rights, under the ground. This once again showed how hypocritical capitalist democracy is, and recognizes nothing but self-interest.
Another important, and at the same time, very disgusting piece of news was announced at the summit. On November 6, Trump announced that Kazakhstan had joined the Abraham Accords. According to Trump's statement, he announced this after a telephone conversation with Jewish Prime Minister Netanyahu and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Unfortunately, the previous talks about Kazakhstan joining this agreement have become a reality. Now it is the turn of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. This shows that the blood of Muslims in blessed Palestine means nothing to the regimes in Islamic countries.
Thus, the following important questions arise: What will happen if America succeeds in implementing its plans with regard to Central Asia, especially Uzbekistan? In this case, it will achieve its desired interests, that is, it will strengthen national security and energy security, reduce dependence on China in providing important minerals for its industry, and gain a large pro-American leverage close to Russia, and will be able to put various obstacles in front of the Chinese "One Belt, One Road" project, and restrict its movements on the international stage. Yes, America is achieving such huge interests. Now, what will Central Asia and Uzbekistan gain from rapprochement with America? Surely, there is absolutely no good for the Muslim people of the region in this matter. What will change in this case is that dependence on Russia and China will decrease to some extent, and America will fill the vacuum that will occur mainly. But they will not be able to go beyond being just backward and weak cartoon countries that provide a base of cheap raw materials and cheap labor as they are now. The plundering of our wealth will not stop, energy supply will deteriorate further, and our economy will continue to collapse... Also, the risk of sacrificing 80 million people in our region without hesitation in the ongoing conflict over benefits between those colonial countries will remain.
Therefore, there is no good and no benefit for Muslims in getting closer to America, the head of disbelief, or any other country. The only straight path to salvation is to turn to our great Islam, God's great blessing, and surrender the matter to it. This is done by abandoning the corrupt capitalist system that is currently being applied to us, which is the basis of colonialism, and establishing the Caliphate system that applies Islam completely, and this, God willing, will certainly be achieved.
