Tunisia Province: Dialogue Forum "The Liberation Project...In the Balance of Sharia Rulings"

Hizb ut-Tahrir / Tunisia Province organized a dialogue forum in Al-Qairawan locality on Sunday, October 12, 2025, entitled "The Liberation Project...In the Balance of Sharia Rulings." This forum was attended by a group of people from the country. In his interventions, Professor Abdel Raouf Al-Amiri touched on the period of time that followed the fall of the Caliphate State and how the colonizer created a handful of politicians after saturating them with his ideas that separate Islam from the seat of power, such as nationalism, the civil state, and democracy, and then placed them in positions through which they applied those ideas and legislation, which were the main reason behind the country's current state of dependence and backwardness, and that the colonizer is the one who dictates the country's policies and all the nation's issues, small and large, are in the hands of the West, which was keen to separate religion from people's lives, and he explained in the end that Hizb ut-Tahrir derived a state project from the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, which are practical Sharia rulings applicable and enforceable, and it is obligatory on the nation to implement them because it is an obligation imposed on it by God, and it is the real, legitimate and possible liberation project.

Professor Taher Nasr touched in his interventions on the fact that the West is the one who brought the politicians who succeeded each other in power to the chairs to implement their legislation and ideas and to prevent Islam and its ideas and legislation from reaching power, and that Islam is a set of Sharia rulings that have addressed all the problems that confront man and it is a way of life, and that the Islamic nation and the whole world yearn and are looking for a new system alternative to this capitalist system, and in the end he explained that the difficulties that prevent this system from reaching power can be overcome if men establish it and the public opinion supports it, and if the people of power and might bring it, which is the legitimate way that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, has instructed us to follow.. The forum concluded with some questions for the audience.

This forum is an extension and continuation of seminars and meetings organized by the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir / Tunisia Province in the land of Al-Zaytuna to create public opinion on the real liberation project that brings the nation out of its misery and suffering to the justice and mercy of the great Islam.

On Friday, October 10, 2025, a massive march organized by Hizb ut-Tahrir / Tunisia Province in support of Palestine and the captive Al-Aqsa Mosque started in the capital, Tunis, from in front of Al-Fath Mosque. In it, an invitation was made to the people of Tunisia to descend to direct an urgent call to officers and soldiers under the title "You are the most capable of crushing the Jewish entity!" The march, which was attended as usual by a large crowd of the people of Tunisia, started with takbir and tahlil and roamed the main streets of the capital leading to Revolution Street, during which banners were raised with the march's title written on the main ones, and on others "To the Military Judiciary.. Release the supporter of Gaza.. Professor Muhammad Al-Nasser Shwaikha." The march concluded in front of the Municipal Theater, where the blessed attendees gathered, chanting slogans urging the sincere officers and soldiers to support their oppressed brothers in Gaza. They chanted slogans including: "Americans and Jews... no charter, no covenants," "Oh officers and soldiers... the Jews have no covenants," "Oh officers and soldiers... America has no covenants," "Gaza is calling on the soldiers... the Jews have no covenants," "Gaza is calling on the soldiers... we want to eliminate the Jews," "Oh officers and chiefs of staff... it is our duty to uproot the entity," "Oh Muslim armies... we want to liberate Palestine," "Oh officers and chiefs of staff... our goal is to eradicate the entity."

It was followed by a speech delivered by a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir / Tunisia Province about liberation, in which he reminded the Muslim armies of the shameful positions of the rulers and their betrayal of God and His Messenger towards Gaza when they abandoned the option of war in compliance with their masters, and that they, the sincere soldiers, are the people of war and jihad. He revealed that Trump's conspiracy and plan are waiting to be implemented and achieve what the war machine failed to do, and that the nation today is waiting for your move to crush the Jewish entity, and behind you is a massive army of Muslims seeking victory or martyrdom, and that you, the soldiers, are the only ones capable of crushing the Jewish entity and healing the hearts of the believers after long torment and waiting.

Thus, Hizb ut-Tahrir / Tunisia Province continues its transnational call to the sincere members of the nation's armies to give victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir and establish the great edifice of Islam, the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood promised from above the seven heavens, which will save the people of Gaza, liberate Jerusalem, and carry Islam as a message of guidance and light to the entire world (And that day the believers will rejoice, In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful).
