Obituary of the Carrier of the Da'wah Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Shafra

﴿Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death],

and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] in the least.﴾

Hizb ut Tahrir in the province of Tunisia mourns one of its youth, brother Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Shafra, who passed away on Saturday, the twenty-first of Rabi` al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to 2025/09/13 AD. He is one of the youth of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Kairouan locality, and worked in its ranks during the darkest times of repression and tyranny. He was committed to his Da'wah and devoted to carrying it, calling for the righteous Caliphate on the method of Prophethood, confident in the promise of his Lord, the Almighty, and the good news of His noble Messenger ﷺ, until he passed away. This is how we reckon him, and we do not praise anyone over Allah.

We ask Allah Almighty to accept him among the righteous, to raise his rank in the highest levels, and to inspire his family, relatives, and loved ones with patience, steadfastness, and acceptance.

﴿Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we will return.﴾
