Az-Zuhri narrated from Amr ibn Shu'aib from his father from his grandfather who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, heard people arguing, so he said: "Those before you were destroyed by this, they compared parts of the Book of Allah with other parts. The Book of Allah was revealed to confirm each other, so do not deny parts of it with other parts. Whatever you know, say it, and what you do not know, refer it to its scholars." Narrated by Ahmad in his Musnad.
