مقدمة / Introduction
Introduction: - The tremendous scientific developments achieved by scientists in the field of biology, human embryology, genetics, cell science, medical biology, genetic engineering, and finally, animal cloning, as a prelude to human cloning, have exceeded all expectations and amazed minds. - These immense scientific advancements, and their uses thanks to highly developed technology, if they indicate anything, it is the greatness of God, His power, His wisdom, and the perfection of His creation; that He is the Creator and Innovator of these beings, and that they were not created by chance, because the precise system within them, the precise laws that control and guide them, and the properties that make them suitable for what they are created for, negate that they were created by chance, because chance does not create precise laws and a perfect system. Precise laws and a perfect system require the existence of an organized, creative, capable, and wise being. God Almighty said: "Indeed, We have created all things with predestination," and He, the Most High, said: "And He created everything and determined it with [precise] determination," meaning He created everything with consideration of estimation and equalization, and prepared it for what it is suitable for, so it was a creation with wise estimation, and not a creation without estimation. And this creation is a creation from nothing, because creation is bringing into existence from non-existence, and not bringing into existence from existence, because bringing into existence from existence is not creation. - What scientists have achieved in terms of scientific developments, and the amazing use of these scientific developments, which helped them to carry out and reach the amazing development of technology, whether in humans, animals, plants, or inanimate objects, is only a small part of much of what exists in this universe of secrets, systems, and laws that control things, organize their course, and properties that God has placed in things to be suitable for what they were created for, and God spoke the truth when He said: "And you have not been given of knowledge except a little." And what scientists have reached, and what they have done, is only a simple discovery of some of those laws, systems, and properties, and highlighting them, and there is no creation in it, because it is not a creation from nothing, but rather it is highlighting what is already there. And every time science and scientists advance in that, the indication of the greatness of the Creator, His complete power, and His profound wisdom increases, and the strength of faith in Him increases. And He, glory be to Him, indicated this in His saying: "We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth." - These amazing scientific developments that have reached the point of cloning plants and animals, and which continue their path to reaching human cloning, have become present on the scene, which requires addressing them from the standpoint of taking care of affairs and guardianship over society, because they have a bearing on the lives of Muslims.
