Democratic Preliminary Screening and the Distortion of the Image of Muslims

On October 22, 2025, several media outlets reported that the Immigration and Naturalization Committee in the Danish Parliament refused to grant citizenship to a named Muslim man because of his Islamic values. Despite meeting all the strict requirements for Danish citizenship, a majority of the committee members decided that "defending values that are completely contrary to our values ​​is incompatible with Danish citizenship." As for the Social Democrats, who, as usual, exploit the troubled atmosphere of Islamophobia in a desperate attempt to alleviate the impact of inevitable and imminent electoral setbacks, they used their official Facebook page to target this Muslim man, claiming that he "hates Danish values ​​and our country."

This decision is another clear example that Muslims in this country are required to meet special conditions - not only to abide by the law like everyone else - but also to submit to failed secular liberal democracy and abandon their Islamic values. However, it is not limited to these special conditions; The government is moving forward with its populist appeal to the latent beast that parliamentary politicians have spent decades cultivating in segments of society, where fear and hatred stemming from ignorance have become a decisive factor in electoral behavior. Thus, they falsely portray a committed Muslim, aware of values, as a threat to society, and his values ​​as dangerous, hateful, and destructive.

Politicians specifically point out that the Muslim in question defends Islamic law, which is an umbrella term for the rulings of Islam and the rules of life, which every Muslim adheres to. This is not a crime, but rather a punishment based only on a Muslim's commitment to the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

What's next? In what other areas are secular inquisitions, with this decision as a precedent, expected to interrogate and punish Muslims who have not committed any criminal act?

Liberal democracy is going through a disastrous value crisis. Parliament in general, and the Social Democrat-led government in particular, have long since lost their credibility. They have lost everything, and failed to change the course of things with failed policies and empty promises. The people realize that the system primarily serves the interests of the economic elite at home, while Denmark's course in global affairs is mostly determined by the direction the United States wants.

The Social Democrats and the Parliamentary Immigration and Naturalization Committee have absolutely no justification to cause problems or punish Muslims for their inherent advocacy of Islamic law. They are not in a position to preach to Muslims about values ​​after two years of genocide in Palestine committed using Danish weapons components against Muslim civilians. Islamic values ​​are far superior to these genocidal anti-human values, and unlike secular and liberal values, Islamic values ​​are based on conclusive evidence and a solid foundation that overcomes all challenges. What constitutes a threat to the world and society in Denmark is not the Muslims committed to the values ​​of Islam, but rather the inhumane professional politicians and promoters of hatred who have been allowed to lead the country with their corrupt values.
