Meanwhile, the media center of the "QSD" denied the occurrence of clashes with the Syrian army in the village of Tal Maaz in the eastern Aleppo countryside, describing what was circulated in this regard as "mere media misinformation".

The "Syrian Democratic Forces" (QSD) kidnapped dozens of civilians from the Arab tribes loyal to the Syrian government in Al-Hasakah Governorate, during raids carried out under the pretext of their ties to the "State" organization. Local sources stated on Sunday that QSD elements launched simultaneous raids on the neighborhoods of Ghweiran, Al-Azizia, Al-Nashwa, Al-Hashma, and Al-Zuhur in Al-Hasakah city on Sunday night. During the raids, QSD kidnapped more than 50 civilians from the Arab tribes, including women, under the pretext of their affiliation with the "State" organization, while the sources indicated that most of the kidnapped had recently visited the capital Damascus. QSD elements also looted citizens' homes and assaulted family members during the raids, as confirmed by local sources. Following the incident, a number of academics, activists, and media professionals from Al-Hasakah issued a statement condemning the kidnapping of tribesmen, and the statement called on the Syrian government to assume its responsibility in protecting civilians.

Saleh Muslim, a member of the Presidential Body of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), confirmed in a lengthy interview with the newspaper Kurdistani Nwe, that the Kurdish issue has become an international issue that cannot be ignored, stressing that the solution in Syria passes through a democratic decentralized system, while warning at the same time that the danger of extremist organizations still exists in the north and east of the country. Muslim, the head of the PYD party, which dominates the Syrian Democratic Forces "QSD", revealed that his party had engaged in rounds of negotiations with the Damascus government, and an agreement of eight articles was reached to establish a joint committee to implement them, but the government retreated from it. He confirmed: "We are with peaceful solution and dialogue, but Damascus wants a forced stability, while we demand stability based on justice and the rights of peoples." He added that the Kurdish issue is an international matter that should receive the support of the international community. Muslim stressed that the return to the previous central system is no longer possible, saying: "We will not accept Syria's return to before 2011. The Alawites, Druze and Kurds all demand decentralization, whether in the form of a federation, autonomy or confederation." He also rejected any withdrawal of the Syrian Democratic Forces from its areas, stressing that it was formed to protect the local population and that a special formula must be found to integrate it into any future settlement.

Commenting on the meeting of the Syrian Foreign Minister in Paris with an (Israeli) delegation with American mediation to discuss files related to what it called "de-escalation and promoting stability in the region", including the governorate of As-Suwayda and reactivating the 1974 agreement. Commenting on this, a press statement from the media office of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Wilayah Syria, confirmed: This dangerous meeting reveals the new political orientations of the new rulers of Damascus, and that it does not deviate from what America and its tools want, and this requires us to recall the following facts: First: The so-called "humanitarian corridor" to As-Suwayda is nothing but an exposed lie. The governorate used to receive tons of aid from the transitional government in Damascus, and what is happening today is not a humanitarian work, but a cover to pass suspicious political and security goals. Second: The ambitions of the Jewish entity will not stop at the borders of As-Suwayda only, as this usurping entity is based on a declared expansionist project that seeks to swallow more land. Third: The duty that God has imposed on us towards the Jews is clear and unambiguous. The conflict with them is a conflict of existence, not a conflict of borders, and it is not permissible under any circumstances to submit to normalization projects or illusory settlement paths. Rather, the position must be based on the nation's belief and constants, not on temporary political calculations. The statement warned: The mere thought of communicating with the Jewish entity, let alone meeting it, represents a major crime and a betrayal of the first cause of Muslims, in addition to being a stab in the back of the people of the Sham revolution who were calling in their demonstrations to support their people in Palestine. This dangerous slide will only bring woes to our people and our land and to everyone, and will not achieve a supposed stability, but will increase the tyranny and arrogance of the Jews. The statement concluded by stressing: The salvation of Ash-Sham and its people and the achievement of its dignity can only be achieved by adhering to the constants of the nation and by fiercely defending its fateful issues and rejecting all forms of normalization with a usurping criminal entity. The way to deal with the Jewish entity is known and clear, and our religion imposes it on us, which is to work diligently until we establish God's rule with a second Rightly Guided Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, which will come with men of great strength who will penetrate homes and fulfill God's promise in those who have incurred wrath, and that is coming soon, God willing.

On the 696th day of the war of extermination on Gaza, the army of the Jewish entity continued its raids on the sector, bombing the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital and carrying out demolition operations on homes, as it continued to target Gaza City as part of the operation it announced, which led to the martyrdom and injury of dozens of Palestinians, amid a wave of displacement. As part of the extermination campaign on the sector, more than 34 Palestinians have been martyred by the fire of the occupation army since dawn today. The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported the martyrdom of 98 Palestinians and the injury of 404 others by the fire of the occupation during the past 24 hours. The ministry announced that the number of victims of the aggression since October 7 has risen to 63,557 martyrs and 160,660 injured. The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that 9 deaths were recorded due to famine and malnutrition, including 3 children, within 24 hours. This led to an increase in the number of famine victims to 348 martyrs, including 127 children. In the West Bank, The Jerusalem Post quoted two sources as saying that American officials conveyed to their counterparts from the Jewish entity that the decision of sovereignty in the West Bank is in the hands of the entity. The officials said that the American message to the Jewish entity was not a complete green light to annex the West Bank, but it was not a red light either, as the sources said that the Americans told Netanyahu and senior officials in the Jewish entity, first decide what you want, then talk to us.

The Jewish entity announced on Sunday the assassination of the spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, in a raid on Gaza City the day before yesterday, Saturday, while Hamas did not confirm or deny the news. The Minister of Defense of the entity, Israel Katz, said that Israel was able to liquidate Abu Obeida in Gaza, then the army and the (Shin Bet) issued a joint statement regarding his assassination. The statement stated that the army and the Shin Bet on Saturday "liquidated" Hudhaifa Al-Kahlout (Abu Obeida), adding that the operation was carried out based on prior intelligence information about his whereabouts. Earlier on Sunday, the Prime Minister of the occupation, Benjamin Netanyahu, said that the army targeted Abu Obeida and "we are waiting for the results."

The Hebrew Channel Five broadcast news stating that Netanyahu is holding a meeting to discuss replacing tribal leaders with leaders of the Palestinian Authority in Hebron. Accordingly, a press statement from the media office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Blessed Land of Palestine confirmed: The Palestinian Authority came under American auspices and with the approval of the Jewish entity within a political project based on ceding the Blessed Land to the Jewish entity, and implementing security needs for its benefit, and it has played this treacherous role to the fullest, and if America and the Jews find it appropriate to replace some of the authority's men or end the Oslo Authority and establish a new authority under any name, it will be an extension of its project to liquidate the Palestinian cause, whether through the PLO or through another entity that they establish, and the entity that the occupation will bring will only be of the same nature as the Authority, and will only be a security arm for the Jews. The statement added: The people of Palestine did not choose the PLO, but it was imposed on them to cede most of Palestine to the Jews, and portraying it as the legitimate and sole representative of the people of Palestine is a consolidation of its treacherous role that is not accepted by anyone who believes in God and the Last Day, and any attempt by the Authority to obtain recognition from the people of Palestine of its legitimacy is only an attempt to burden the people of Palestine with its sins and faults, and they are innocent of it. The statement stressed: Any entity that works with the occupation, whatever its name, is part of the occupation, and a tool of its tools. Embellishing the names with any name does not make the traitor anything but a traitor, and does not remove the collaborator with the occupation from the stigma of shame and disgrace in this world and the Hereafter. Whoever announces any position in support of the organization, the Authority, or any entity established by the occupation has moved himself to the ranks of traitors and does not represent his people or his tribe, even if he claims that. The statement warned the people of Palestine in general, and the people of Hebron and its families in particular: against being deceived by the Authority by announcing positions of support for it, for the organization, or for any other entity established by America and the Jews, and negligence does not absolve one of the crime, and satisfaction means only following the traitors in their betrayal. The statement concluded by saying: The cause of Palestine is not represented by an organization, nor is it owned by a tribe, but it is the cause of an entire nation, as it is a cause of religion and creed, and a cause of a blessed land, which cannot be resolved by a weak state between the clutches of the occupation, but is liberated by the hands of the sincere believers of the nation of Muhammad ﷺ, so it returns as it was, the flower and beacon of Ash-Sham, and becomes the center of the abode of Islam.

He stressed that the operation comes "in response to the crimes of genocide and starvation crimes in the Gaza Strip." He added that the targeting also represents an affirmation of the continuation of the ban on maritime navigation for the Jewish entity in the Red and Arab Seas. Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon called on its youth to participate in the sit-in scheduled in coordination with activities and activists in the city of Tripoli, which took place on Saturday afternoon in front of the Tripoli International Fair, in protest against the dance and song festival in the city of Tripoli, apologizing to God Almighty for the evils committed in Tripoli, which do not reflect its identity, at a time when the criminal Jewish entity is waging a fierce war on Muslims in Palestine in general and Gaza in particular, but its aggression and criminality extends to Lebanon and Syria! The protesters were surprised by the large numbers of various security services, to prevent this stand and prevent the expression of legitimate opinion, instead of preventing corruption festivals in time of war! So that we would not clash with them, we moved dozens of meters away from these security and military gatherings! Then we followed the sit-in, in which Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim, head of the media office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon, delivered a brief speech in which he denounced this evil that is being carried out by some suspicious women's associations supported by money sharks, and denouncing this action at this particular time, as he denounced the authority's involvement of the security services in the face of the city's youth. He affirmed that their place is on the front lines and confronting the Jews, not the streets of the city of Tripoli, and their role is to protect people, not to prevent them from their right, and it is their duty not to implement the orders of thieves from the money sharks in the seat of authority. Now is the time for confrontation and preparation in the face of the enemy, not the time for festivals and corruption, especially in the city of Tripoli. Commenting on the title of the festival "Night of Feeling", Dr. Ibrahim affirmed that this time is the time to feel the children and women of Gaza and to work to stop their extermination, as well as to stand by the poor of Tripoli and the deprived in this country, and the authority in Lebanon must work to take care of people's affairs and help the poor and needy, and to find a way to transform the Tripoli Exhibition into an economic center in which thousands of needy young people from Tripoli can work instead of turning it into a center for dancing, singing, immorality and debauchery!.

Minister of Energy, Engineer Muhammad Al-Bashir, met on Wednesday with John Bell, Director of the British company Gulf Sands, to discuss ways of cooperation in the oil sector and the possibility of the company returning to work in Syria, within the framework of efforts to rehabilitate oil fields and strengthen partnerships with international companies. Production in the fields there reached about 25,000 barrels per day in 2011 before activity stopped with the imposition of sanctions and the declaration of "force majeure." Since 2017, the company has reported that entities affiliated with the "Autonomous Administration" have begun exploiting the fields illegally, causing huge economic losses, estimated by the company at more than $14 billion US dollars last year, at a time when Syrians are facing stifling economic and environmental crises as a result of this exploitation. In 2023, "Gulf Sands" launched an initiative called "Project Hope", which aims to invest oil resources in a legitimate and transparent manner in line with Security Council Resolution (2254), and to provide revenues of $15-20 billion annually that can be directed towards humanitarian projects and early reconstruction programs.
